My favourite Gluten Free pasta! Only £1 from Tesco and the bag tends to last quite a while 😊
I added chilli and garlic Lloyd Grossman pasta sauce and really didn't like it for some reason 🤔.. I tend to eat pasta when I'm in a rush or just hangry as its quick and easy x (probs eat too much of it so currently trying to cut down) But its always good to have in the cupboard 🥣
*PASTA* 🍝 This has always been one of my favourite foods, because it’s a quick and easy dinner/lunch or even a snack. So not being able to eat regular pasta is an adjustment especially when gluten free pasta tastes distinctly different, I personally think it’s very sticky and slimy. What I have learnt in these past 9 months eating gluten free is GF pasta tastes good if it is disguised in a sauce. This picture is a home-made carbonara I made about a month ago using Tesco free from spaghetti following a Tesco real foods recipe. Because I made my own carbonara sauce I was able to disguise the taste of the gluten free pasta and I thought it tasted good! #glutenfree #glutenfreerecipes #coeliac #glutenfreepasta #coeliacfoodie #glutenfreelife #glutenfreeeatsri #tesco #tescofreefrom

@tescofood Free From Mac and ‘Cheese’
It’s rare I purchase ready/microwave meals (even more so when it’s something I could potentially make at home) ... however I spotted this on offer in Tesco - ideal for a pre night shift tea 🙌🏻 I’ll be honest, I was dubious ... but I actually really enjoyed it. The texture of the pasta was lovely and soft, the sauce was nice and think although more creamy than cheese tasting in my opinion ... yummy all the same (I added cooked tender-stem broccoli and a little rocket - getting in those nutrients - and had cooked king prawns as a ‘starter’- added protein ... it’s all in the balance) 🍤🍝 🧀 🥦
