Ok so I hurt my knee in the middle of my workout 🤷♀️ ... the old me would have used that as an excuse to stop ✋ I even went up on my weights to 15 lbs!
Instead I asked my hunny for his knee brace and I went back at it 💪🏻 What excuses are you telling yourselves
Today has been a tough day emotionally for me, but I knew that I would feel better after my workout 🦄 Day 15 and I'm going strong! Love that my job requires me to take care of my physical and mindset health🦋

My diet this weekend consisted of peanut butter, coffee, and alcohol 😴 I also got banned from Mizzous rec lol so I haven’t had a solid workout since Thursday and I’m also recovering from my lack of water 🙃 Side note I would like to appreciate my calves okay thank you for coming to my ted talk
I am not a crazy yoga pant kinda girl but my workout buddy rubbed off on me! We both wore our purple pants on the same day! 😆 Seeing my legs almost brought me to tears! I am a thick thigh (save lives 😉) kinda girl. My legs are slimming and tone up! They look so good I just had to share it! 🤗 Loving my body has been a battle and to finally be able to look at a picture and find something I like is mind blowing! 💗 .
Yesterday was a quick arm workout, abs, and cardio workout. Time was not my friend yesterday at school. My goal is to leave my classroom by 3:30 and be on the road to the gym. I didn’t leave school until almost 4, which shortened my gym time. 😒 But I still was able to get in a decent workout with 20ish minutes of cardio!!
Had a quick jog to a friends house to sign paper work for softball... .59 miles in 10 minutes one way.... forgot to start my watch for my jog back!! 🤦🏽♀️ So I am not going to count it towards my cardio distance this month.
