ˈnektər (nectar) is now available for purchase on mnorarts.com. I wrote an interesting short story to pair with this artwork. Writing short stories is super unknown and challenging to me but I have sincerely enjoyed the challenge. Link in bio.
Pink and orange blending as if they were meant to be together giving me feelings of hope and surrender. The details amuse my eyes.
This fun and unique piece will be released very soon! Today I will be writing the poem (or story) that will accompany this vibrant artwork and then it will be complete.
“trapped by my own existence” (4 x 3’ acrylic and mixed media on canvas) •••• just when i thought i was back on the right mental track after moving into a new apartment and finding a new job, I managed to set myself back further by falling down a flight of stairs giving myself a fractured skull and a concussion. September hasn’t been any easier than the struggle through August, but on the bright side October is my birthday month and I’m planning on having an art opening party at my new place for anyone who wants to come see my paintings in person and/or party hard. I’ll have more details in a week or two 🤘

My partner snapped this pic of me while I was photographing a few artworks that I delivered on Friday. Look at that serious face! I always make sure to properly photograph my work before sending them out into the world. This special piece is titled ˈripəl and is now available on my website as well as being featured in a condo building Downtown Toronto. The poem for this one means a lot to me so check it out on mnorarts.com and let me know what you think.
The remarkable art of movement fascinates me. To see the paint dance before my eyes excites and thrills my soul. This adventure of paint in motion keeps me consistently inspired.

Love this client video of a commissioned triptych that I created titled, kwēn (queen). It looks rad with the other beautiful works of art.

This detail of ˈripəl inspired the entire poem that I wrote this morning. Creating this artwork has been thrilling. It feels great to be home after a beautiful week away in Montreal for work (and play).
Come check out my art here this weekend!
last night I went back to school for the first time since university. even tho there were so many things that I wanted to learn over the years, I could never shake how crippling it felt to sit in a room trying to process something you truly had no interest in just so you could graduate from a program you also were not excited about. It felt so disempowering and at times depressing.
learning new techniques and tricks about the things you are actually passionate about is literally the most exciting feeling in the world!!! Last night I learnt that by adding “gel” to my acrylic paint I can actually give my paintings the texture Van Gogh gave his pieces. I guess the cool thing about being self-taught is that there is literally SOOOO much to learn!!! .
I also learnt that learning can actually be so fun when you have the power to choose what you are learning. what should I learn next
this piece is inspired by a magical moment I had in London this summer. stay tuned for more.

ərTHboūnd (earthbound) is now available for purchase on mnorarts.com. For this artwork, I decided to write a short story opposed to a poem. It was a very healthy change of pace for me and also a fun challenge. How do you feel about this change Link in bio. #ShortStory

There are sights to behold from the windows of the train, as it passes through the out of way, often forgotten, parts of the city. Here is where the opposite of the gleaming, shiny, concrete, glass and steel towers can be found, in crumbling, graffitti covered, stylistically mismatched architecture in weed grown back lots and side streets. The old soul of the city, it's bones and underbelly that the shining patina of the building boom of modernity has mostly hidden from the surface, out if sight... unless you know where to look. #urbanlandscapes #oldcity #ridingthetrain #paintingideas #brainstorming #inthestudio #phonephotography #bearhall #gotransit #explorewhereyoulive #hogtown #hogtownstories #troughthewindowofthetrain #torontopainter
My studio floor is an everchanging masterpiece. I love to watch the colors dance beneath my feet. It holds deep memories, a variety of emotions and an abundance of paint.
