Qué tan lento corres en los días de EASY RUN? 
Correr lento los días fáciles es 1 oportunidad para mejorar nuestra economía de carrera, poniendo el foco 💡 donde realmente tiene que estar: respiración, braceo y zancada 
Solemos correr suave los días después de entrenamientos duros, por lo que el objetivo de estas carreras fáciles es facilitar el flujo sanguíneo a los músculos para ejecutar una recuperación activa

Easy run o también llamadas carreras de recuperación activa, si se hacen de la manera correcta, generan también adaptaciones de nivel micro, entrenar en la zona de baja intensidad aeróbica ayudará al crecimiento de las mitocondrias, lo que hará que nuestro cuerpo use los depósitos de grasa como combustible ⛽️; de esta manera nos convertimos en un corredor aeróbico más eficiente, es decir correr durante un largo periodo de tiempo sin golpear la pared. 
Otro gran beneficio cuando empezamos a ejecutar realmente fácil nuestras carreras, es mayor capacidad capilar, el oxígeno empieza a intercambiar en nuestras células de manera más eficiente y nuestros músculos obtienen mejor el oxígeno que necesitan para correr rápido cuando se necesite.

Por ejemplo cuando estamos en la preparación de Maratón, nos preocupa el ritmo al que vamos a ejecutar esa maratón y muchas veces intentamos correr nuestras fáciles a ritmo de maratón para ver cómo se siente y lo único que estamos logrando es retrasar la recuperación. 
Ten presente: el ritmo de maratón es aeróbico, correr fácilmente es aeróbico. Cuanto más rápido corras, más daño muscular causarás a tu cuerpo, es decir estás estresando el mismo sistema para obtener la misma respuesta fisiológica.

Consideraciones para ejecutar realmente fácil una carrera fácil: 💥 Easy it’s a effort not a pace, apaga el ritmo, enfócate en que se sienta realmente agradable (probablemente al principio no lo sientas porque vienes de un día anterior duro, date tiempo, tus músculos están reparando los tejidos) 💥Una buena regla general para una ejecución fácil o de recuperación es 50-70% de su FC máxima, es decir zona 1 y zona 2. 💥Si eres de los que le gusta correr con música 🎵, escuche algo lento y relajante para estos días!

Eu aprendi isso meio que na " porrada " kk da vida tlgd ? Junto a isso eu aprendi muitas outras coisas . Uma delas é como o mundo mudou , mudou muito . Eu sou de 92 veey e na boa , quando eu era adolescente EU NÃO LIGAVA PARA O MEU CORPO . O tempo passou escolhi ser atleta , blablablá e oque vejo hoje , pessoas com dificuldades e se aceitar . Fisicamente e em outras partes que lhe compõem também . Então ,em minhas reflexões obtive algumas respostas independente de tudo que já fiz e aconteceu comigo e , qualquer um pode ler acatar para SI .

PRIMEIRO : Não se culpe do que já fez e nem se julgue por decisões que estavam alem da sua maturidade 
SEGUNDO : Não se limite em falar , independente do seu nível intelectual . Aprenda a ouvir !

TERCEIRO : Não se olhe no espelho querendo ver mudanças internas . Atitudes geram mudanças a longo prazo 
QUARTO : Atleta ou não se resultado só vai melhorar se você estiver disposta a pagar o preço da mudança . Muda significa : andar numa rua diferente , indo pro mesmo caminho , dar bom dia de mau humor , ser gentil e educado independente da sua roupa , elogiar ao invés de fazer um " CRITICA " e etc ... O QUINTO é só uma observação : 
Pra cada mudança do meu corpo eu tenho um resultado diferente como atleta/estudante/modelo , que também contempla , alimentação ruim , descaso ruim , treinos ruins dentre outros e , também , a melhoras dos mesmos . As personalidades mais INCRÍVEIS que fizeram história , que ouvi falar , todas tem algo em comum sendo ela a procura pela excelência da :

MUDANÇA !

Se até a pessoas que me criou isso sempre procurou também , porque eu não ?

Não mude só seu corpo , mude sua mente !

Had a good reminder of what the track feels like today: 4x1k + 6x400 w/ 200 jog

Disappointed to not be heading to Club Nats with @njnytc tomorrow, but had to make the smart decision for my body. Initially, I wanted nothing to do with it, but the idea of running for teammates got me excited to compete. Also, I had crushed a couple workouts and felt invincible. Then a few weeks ago my achilles flared up and I had to take a week off. I know through the experiences of many not to play games with that tendon so I enjoyed the bike and am back on my feet en route to another 80 mpw.

However, I was thinking about how often professional runners scratch and pull-out of races, yet somehow we are all magically healed and perfect come the biggest ones of the year. Obviously that’s not the case. But with a few ibuprofen and some tape we get on the line. There’s no grand point to be made beyond giving recognition to the fact that things never go perfectly, though we can control how we adjust and respond to each situation. #Epictetus

Antes de qualquer mudança seja ela física , mental , espiritual , no cronometro , no bolço ( $$$ ) e etc , antes de qualquer alteração ou mudança na sua vida , em relação ao que você busca , você precisará deixar o passado 100% no passado . Eu aprendi isso na marra , na palada , nos tropeços e desenrolar da vida . Eu não me dava conta até perceber o que realmente isso poderia me ocasionar na pratica . Pode te danificar mais do que imagina , as lições que tive foi mais do que simplesmente : " esquece aquilo man ... não vale apena " . Ou quando dizem : " aaaah cara , relaxa , Deus esta com você , vai passar . Kkkkk , é até irônico rir mas ... dicas ou conselhos assim , você da pra uma CRIANÇA e não para um adulto com problemas complexos . Então , já que , poucos me deram os conselhos adequados , busquei em me aperfeiçoar o máximo que pude ,obter o máximo de informações que pude ,e entender o máximo que pude sobre a situação . Ou seja , no fim das contas pra eu me preparar contra o passado , tive de me preparar no PRESENTE , para ter e criar a oportunidade de ter um FUTURO . A melhor " arma " , então foi o distanciamento da atitudes passadas no presente que me levaram ao futuro que hoje vivo . Pode parecer confuso mas ... se hoje você começar ter o minimo de mudança nas atitudes em que você já teve , de pouco a pouco isso terá um quantidade maior que tudo o que o você fez no passado , seja : errado ou equivocado ou negativo . Mude hoje , para ser diferente amanhã ! "Julgue a si mesmo com sinceridade, e julgará os outros com o caridade "
