Lats are tricky, there often not trained optimally and most only train them on a vertical plane. I think Lat bias rows are under utilized in peoples programming.

The main function of the Lat is to pull the upper arm down and close to the body. To make a row more lat bias keep the arm close to the body and finish the movement trying to jam your elbow into the opposite back pocket. To initiate the movement depress the shoulder joint and upper arm simultaneously. Do it with appropriate weight, with great form and make each rep as pretty as the first.

A strong house starts first with a strong foundation. Core to extremities, that’s how it works. __

I pretty much love training all areas of the body, especially them glutes, but abs are starting to become one of my faves again! Building a strong core can help tremendously in avoiding injuries while doing other lifts along with allowing you to maintain proper posture. There are a variety of ways to train them, but these are some of the most effective ways I’ve found to target all areas.

-Planks
-Side planks
-Knee tucks
-Hanging knee/leg raises
-Hollow holds

Try out 3-5 rounds of 15-20 reps

AND REMEMBER:
»tighten your abs with each contraction.
»draw your core up during planks.
»fight the urge to let it relax when you’re working it.

Your abs should be trained like any other muscle group, therefore you shouldn’t specifically be “training” them daily. If done properly two days/week is plenty sufficient. You don’t need a lot of fancy moves to get it done, you just need consistent effort and a good deal of focusing on what you’re doing.

For a while I’ve had a really tight and unstable right hip. Lester has changed a few things up such as these no hook grip snatches to prevent pulling too hard on one side, and creating a more stable base to receive my cleans/snatches. Only light weights but have to get it right to move forward. 
Second video is from the start showing how much my right hip collapses, and knee tracks in. A bit of single leg and hip stability and strengthening exercises from @clares75 are starting to show through my cleans. Just the start though
