I get a lot of questions from clients about what training split they should implement for themselves. When determining this, you must first decide on how many days you are willing to train in the week. 
Once you are aware of the number of days you are looking to train, then you can determine what split will work for you. When doing this, keep in mind that your goal should be to train each muscle group at least once every week.
Some of the general resistance training splits I use for most of my clients include:
1 Day a Week: Full Body
2 Days a Week: Upper Body, Lower Body
3 Days a Week: Push (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps), Pull (Back and Biceps), Legs
4 Days a Week: Upper Body (Push focussed), Lower Body, Upper Body (Pull Focussed), Lower Body
5 Days a Week:
-	Chest, Shoulders, Back, Legs, Arms
-	Push, Pull, Legs, Upper, Lower
6 Days a Week: Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs
7 Days a Week: I do NOT recommend this. Have at least 1 rest day in the week to allow for proper recovery and to avoid injury and overtraining.
