Good workout. Had my first 5.11 insight attempt, true it too late in the session, about 2:30 into it. Fell off going over a volume.

What do you call a mini whipper? Cause I did that going across the roof of the big arch, definitely not a "big whip", just halfway passed the clip.

Water is essential to every person regardless of their goals. The amount of water you require depends on how tall you are, what your activity level is like, what type of climate you live in, how much lean mass you have, etc.
•

An elite level male athlete who competes in hot temperatures may need up to 10 litres of water a day whereas an inactive petite woman who live in a mild climate may only need up to 3 litres a day. •
•
The daily recommended intake for men aged 19-50 is about 3.7L per day. The DRI for women aged 19-50 is about 2.7L per day. This all depends on how active you are. If you workout and do cardio, you should increase your water intake accordingly. •
•
Although drinking too much water is very rare it can still happen. Excessive reabsorption or retention of water can over hydrate and dilute your blood sodium levels disrupting your electrolyte balance. This is called hyponatremia. This is most likely to occur in marathon/endurance athletes who drink large amounts of fluids. •
•
The bigger concern is not drinking enough water and these consequences are more severe. Dehydration occurs because you are not able to retain water or you don’t drink enough. Most times dehydration is the result of an illness or gastrointestinal infection that caused diarrhea and/or vomiting. •
•
A good rule of thumb to remember, before any type of workout to gauge how much water you lost you can weigh yourself before the workout and after the workout. Remember to weigh yourself the same way both times to limit any variables. •
•
 If you weigh yourself in pounds you’ll have to convert that into Kilograms. Every kilogram of weight lost you should replenish that with 1 litre of water. For example, before your workout you weigh 150lbs, after your workout you weigh 148lbs. The weight lost is 2 pounds which is approximately 1 Kg, so you should drink about 1 litre of water.

Aaaah ça fait plaisir de se sentir à sa place ! Non pas que je sois sans ambition hein mais pour l’instant la position de seconde me satisfait très bien 😊

La passation est faite. Et oui en 1h c’était plié, c’est l’avantage quand on se connaît depuis des années, ça va vite. Du coup, on va pouvoir avancer en duo jusqu’à la fin du mois (un vrai cette fois pas en toc hein) 😅!

Mon cerveau est comme défragmenté 😂 léger et libre, j’ai le temps de me poser sur mes sujets de fond, n’ai couru après aucun train, on passe du temps de qualité avec mes hommes.

Bref voilà aussi ce pourquoi je me sens bien là, c’est que j’y trouve mon équilibre pro/perso et c’est hyper important pour moi.
