• punch the ceiling
• replace forearm with hand
• hips high
• leg through .
• up to stand .
focus on a controlled tempo & keep the eyes glued to the KB!
I know my athletes are rolling their eyes as they read this 🙃 but I think they’re a great exercise to use in many different training programs!

I tried out @doctor.deadlift deficit banded deadlifts and they were definitely not easy. But that's what the doctor ordered. This was followed by pause Deadlifts then speed work. I put up some good volume and quality reps tonight.

I had such a fun and wonderful time being a motivational speaker facilitating team building activities at a leadership training and workshop doing what I love and inspiring other people in the hopes of inspiring others! I guess the saying "if you do what you love you won't have to work a single day in your life" is true and applicable here. I wasn't "working." I was simply doing what I love. Blessed to have such an amazing opportunity bestowed upon me. Grateful to have experienced the experience. Appreciative of the new memories. Thankful for the positive feedback I received from members of the audience. Anxious and hungry for more opportunities in inspiring others and leaving a genuine and everlasting impact.
