So bloody Strava wouldn’t work and despite a huge morning at CFAV didn’t want to miss out on my run... so have no idea of spilts but due to needing to be back for the Kids I managed to push my pace - I did 10.4kms in 1:00:55 which is annoyingly close to under an hour #goals 
Knowing I needed to be back for swimming and to cook Tea gave me the required pressure to pick up the pace!!! This morning’s workout was competition training so three WODS one after the other😭

WOD 1
 #bearcomplex build to heavy (I reached 42.5kg)
 Then EMOM bear complex at 80% I managed to@hot the back of my head with the bar 3rnds in 😫

WOD2 in pairs 100 step ups with dumbbells (I used 10kg) this was hard on the legs !!! WOD 3 in pairs 
5000m row (500m at a time) whilst partner a) rowed partner b) carried the #dball 40m left and 40m right hand side... At age 18 I was pure into weightlifting but that didn’t work out so now I’m all about running! #yourhealthiswhatmatters #fitness #traininsaneorremainthesame :)

You need to work hard to achieve your goal. You need to do what you love. I love doing MMA workouts involves kicks and punches. I left practicing tae kwon do when I was 14 year old when I switched to another state in India From Jammu to New Delhi. But I today I am 23 and I continue doing it as a gym routine because it helps me out to make me realise that something I learnt is still there and can benefit me in many ways. Things learnt can only be unlearned or can only be developed more if you wish to.

My goals these past couple months hasn't changed all that much, only the selection of exercises. I've been really trying to add depth to my quads and more of a sweep on the hammies from the side. My legs have always been my weakest area but I've managed to tailor some movements that aren't bothersome to my knee into my routine and it's been helping a lot. On the flip side since I can't squat, lunge, split squat, or hack squat, I have been paying extra attention to my calves and have been blasting at them pretty hard lately. I'm always the guy with the smallest calves in the gym so the little progress I've made down there has seriously lifted my spirits up! Now I'm not AS embarrassed about them! But I still won't wear shorts 😂😂😂

I've been limited on so many exercises because of my knee injury that it's made my favorite day of the week (training legs) turn into the one day that brings about the most anxiety. My goals these past couple months hasn't changed all that much, only the selection of exercises. I've been really trying to add depth to my quads and more of a sweep on the hammies from the side. Pink and black everything today☺!! Got my new shaker bottle! First time drinking my BCAA's while I workout, in a few years! Tryna even out both sides of my bodys muscles. In the body test I did yesterday it showed my left side is a little stronger than my right side. Which I am right handed so that threw me off some. But it is interesting to look at the numbers your water, fat and muscles are! Gonna see how the numbers change over time! 💪@ericafitlove

Pink and black everything today☺!! Got my new shaker bottle! First time drinking my BCAA's while I workout, in a few years! Tryna even out both sides of my bodys muscles. In the body test I did yesterday it showed my left side is a little stronger than my right side. Which I am right handed so that threw me off some. 🎆🎈🎆Let's celebrate this new year with a HEALTHY TWO MINI CAKES RECIPE🎊🎉 You can share them or eat them both like i did😼
Ingredients
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt 
1 egg yolk🥚
2 tbsp milk🍼🍼
1 tbsp + 2 tsp of sunflower oil
1 tbsp warm coffee ☕☕
4 tbsp honey🍯🍯
⛔ 🍫🍫FROSTING:
-3 tbsp of cocoa powder
-hot water🍶🍶 (don't know the right measurement it's depends on the consistency just measure with a spoon until you have a chocolate sauce )
-chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional but not really haha!! )

1.In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, milk, oil, coffee and honey (mix well because honey is always hard to mix )
3.Add the dry ingredients in two batches to the wet ingredients, and stir to combine.
4.grease your ramekins very well with oil , and set them on a baking sheet.
5.Divide the mixture between the two ramekins.
6.Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7.While the cakes cool, make the frosting: whisk together all ingredients until it's become like a consistency of chocolate sauce( measure hot water with tablespoons until you know it's good) and let it sit until it tickens after they're ready add sprinkles on top or chocolate chips or you can put caramel sauce instead of the chocolate sauce ( not healthy but who cares it's delicious and it's all about balance)

I learned so much throught the years I'm so proud of my transformation so far 💪when i was in high school i didn't like sport i used to find an excuse everyytimme😅 I'm still challenging myself it's hard sometimes to stay motivated but it's a priority for me to go to the gym even if i come home tired after a long day there is always time to train even if it's just at home .
