Pink and black everything today☺!! Got my new shaker bottle! First time drinking my BCAA's while I workout, in a few years! Tryna even out both sides of my bodys muscles. In the body test I did yesterday it showed my left side is a little stronger than my right side. Which I am right handed so that threw me off some. But it is interesting to look at the numbers your water, fat and muscles are! Gonna see how the numbers change over time! 💪@ericafitlove

🎆🎈🎆Let's celebrate this new year with a HEALTHY TWO MINI CAKES RECIPE🎊🎉 You can share them or eat them both like i did😼
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
1 egg yolk🥚
2 tbsp milk🍼🍼
1 tbsp + 2 tsp of sunflower oil
1 tbsp warm coffee ☕☕
4 tbsp honey🍯🍯
-3 tbsp of cocoa powder
-hot water🍶🍶 (don't know the right measurement it's depends on the consistency just measure with a spoon until you have a chocolate sauce )
-chocolate chips or sprinkles (optional but not really haha!! )
1.In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2.In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolk, milk, oil, coffee and honey (mix well because honey is always hard to mix )
3.Add the dry ingredients in two batches to the wet ingredients, and stir to combine.
4.grease your ramekins very well with oil , and set them on a baking sheet.
5.Divide the mixture between the two ramekins.
6.Bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7.While the cakes cool, make the frosting: whisk together all ingredients until it's become like a consistency of chocolate sauce( measure hot water with tablespoons until you know it's good) and let it sit until it tickens after they're ready add sprinkles on top or chocolate chips or you can put caramel sauce instead of the chocolate sauce ( not healthy but who cares it's delicious and it's all about balance)
