Egal wie schwer du voran kommst, du überholst alle die es garnicht erst versuchen.
Gott wie oft hab ich mich gefragt ob es sich überhaupt noch lohnt.
Lohnt es sich überhaupt noch zu starten, schaff ich das überhaupt jemals.
Und oft find ich mich im den Strudel wieder.
Im Strudel der Ausreden.
Dieser Moment wenn einem alles zu viel wird und man in den Sekunden wo man isst mal kurz alles vergisst.
Klingt brutal? Ist so.
Meistens bekämpfen wir das Symptom aber nicht die Ursache.
Versuchen uns Dinge zu verbieten die wir nur wollen, da wir einen anderen Mangel in unserem Leben haben.
Stress, Emotion, Trauer, Freude.
Und wie ich immer so schön sag, wenn Hunger nicht das Problem ist, ist essen nicht die Lösung.
Das führt doch meistens noch zu mehr Frust.
Wenn man traurig ist und man fühlt sich auch noch in der eigenen Haut unwohl...
Das ist einfach ein 💩 Gefühl.
Aber nimm dir die Zeit die du brauchst.
Mache dir einen Plan und dann gib wieder Gas.
Erinnere dich an dein Ziel, schaue dir deine Motivationsfotos an, begeistere dich wieder für dein Ziel und leg los.

Szóval akkor “hivatalosan” is bemutatom Pimpikét, az új paripámat és hű társamat az új kalandokban és a triathlonban.
Hogy őszinte legyek, egy ideig a balesetem és a műtétem után nem gondoltam, hogy valaha is biciklire fogok ülni, de szerencsére már általános iskolában akaratos és makacs voltam, és végül győzött a #csakazértis.
Akkor csak rövidebb távokra (barátnőkhöz közlekedésre) elkezdtem megint bringázni a már általatok is ismert Mammerbicajjal. Aztán rájöttem, hogyha nem csinálok hülyeségeket (pl, hogy ugratgatok a dombon😂), akkor nincs ezzel a dologgal semmi baj, szóval elkezdtem magam újra biztonságban érezni a nyeregben. 
Bár az, hogy olyan sportot válasszak, amiben bringázni is, ráadásul országutin, amit mindig is csodálattal néztem és nem értettem hogy nem esnek el, az sokáig eszembe sem jutott, mert jó volt ez ilyen kis hétvégi közlekedős “sportnak”.
Akkoriban nem igazán szerettem a komfortzónámon kívüli életet (meg sportolni sem🤷🏼‍♀️😂).
Ahogy elkezdtem futni és néha néha beiktatni egy-egy bringázást is meg úszást is tavaly, kezdett el motoszkálni a fejemben, hogy amúgy akár lehetne triatlonozni is, de akkor még tökre nem volt reális semmilyen táv szintidőn belüli teljesítése.
Azóta folyamatosan a komfortzónámon kívül élek, futok, úszok és spinningelek (mostmár végre bringázni is fogok tudni), és teljesen reális egy olimpiai táv teljesítése.
Ha belegondolok, hogy ez az egész onnan indult újra idén, hogy januárban elkezdtem az otthoni rozoga szobabringán tekerni, aztán ez valahogy állandó elemévé vált a heti @ensporttraining-es edzéstervemnek, májustól ráadásul pulzuszónákkal együtt... egy darabig magamat kínoztam a SUHANJ!-os spinnereken aztán ebben is @pausztomi szadizmusára bíztam magam🤷🏼‍♀️😂
Tudjátok mondtam, hogy vannak dolgok az életemben, amiket az adott pillanatban utálok (pl a pulzuszónás tekerés🤷🏼‍♀️) de később meg tök hálás vagyok érte, hogy így alakult.
már el nem tudnám képzelni egy hetemet úgy, hogy legalább 3-4 órát ne töltsek a nyeregben

Being able to feel comfortable in wearing any type of clothing especially form fitting is something I always wanted. #transformationtuesday

When it came to events that I had to dress up it was always a dreadful experience. I remember while being at my heaviest weight (before keto), I always looked for something that hid my "chichos" or "fupa" (usually via shapewares/Spanx). Lord knows I don't miss those days. .
Ever since hitting my goal weight I feel so much more comfortable almost in anything. Even though I'm still not 100% where I want to be, I'm still grateful for being able to be where I am today. Plus super proud 😊

Consistency is key guys. It's not going to be easy and you definitely have to work for it. But it's totally worth it. Just keep at it and it will definitely pay off.
It just take the very first step to get things going for you, whether it's getting healthy, starting a new career, or any journey. Just get moving. Nothing is going to happen if you don't make the first move! 🙌

To understand cravings you must understand hunger and conditioned behaviours. There are many forms of hunger, some physiological and some emotional.

TRUE HUNGER: 🍏 Is a gradual occurrence
🍏 Does not desire certain foods
🍏 Decreases when we eat
🍏 Is driven by internal (physiological) cues

EMOTIONAL HUNGER: 🧠 Desires certain foods
🧠 Continues even past satiety
🧠 Is usually triggered by external (environmental) cues rather than true hunger

Emotional hunger is driven largely by the reward pathway in our brains. A great example I like to use is: • You have a stressful day at work
• You get home
• You just want some kind of ‘relief’
• You go to the fridge
• You pick out a block of chocolate, sit in front of the TV and mindlessly eat the whole block
• You feel euphoric for a small amount of time. You feel comforted.
• Your brain recognises that you feel good and it asks ‘what just happened?’ I really like that feeling. Let’s store it in the memory bank in case this feeling comes along again.

This is largely to do with Dopamine the learning neurotransmitter.

The next time you have a stressful day at work and arrive home, your brain picks up the external cues and recognises that it’s once been here. Last time you felt this way and you were in this place you were comforted by a block of chocolate. And thus creates the conditioned cycle of you demolishing a block of chocolate each time this scenario comes up.
The truth is, if you were experiencing true hunger you would be happy with eating an apple until dinner time. But you don’t want to Apple, you want the chocolate 🤤

You can’t ‘cure’ cravings but you can develop habits that will ultimately recondition the behaviour you have developed to give in to them over time.

Instead of mindlessly following the cue to eat when you’re not truely hungry, stop for a moment. Take a deep breath. Acknowledge and accept the feeling you are experiencing. Sit with it for a moment and replace the behaviour of eating with something else that will calm you. You could try: 📖 Journaling
🧘‍♀️ Meditation
🚶‍♀️ Walking
🛀 Take a bath

Try some destressing behaviours and then ask yourself - am I truely hungry? 💖
