It’s FINALLY the weekend 🤗 and I’m so happy to continue discovering the amazing sites in Japan. I can’t rave enough about the culture-rich city of Kyoto- Here I’m ambling through the endless tunnels of red torri gates at the beautiful Fushimi Inari Taisha. ⛩

Many tourists just spend a day in this city, but I think it’s worth a few days to explore! With a multitude of beautiful temples, historic museums and old streets to meander, I was happy to have three days to wander the city. Whether we were admiring the passing geishas in Gion, visiting new temples or diving into all things matcha🍡, each day held a cultural adventure.
Teaching baby massage in Malawi with Gayle and Mel from the Blossom & Berry team was and always will be a completely unforgettable and life changing experience. I am so grateful for the experience & for the love and connection. I am really struggling to fit back into life at home. Malawi, you have completely stolen my heart. Until next time ... ✨
Have you ever seen an art print that says ‘Prada Marfa’ and the number of miles to the place Even if you haven’t, you’d be surprised to find out that Prada Marfa is not an actual store.
It is a permanent sculpture that was installed back in 2005 by Elmgreen and Dragset.
Yep, the whole thing looks like a Prada store with a few bags and right shoes inside. The door is nonfunctional though.
The peculiar art piece is located northwest of the city of Marfa. The main idea behind the work was the criticism of consumerism. But throughout the years, the installation became quite the opposite (you can find plenty of business cards around the base of the building).
Miuccia Prada herself allowed the artists to use the trademark and provided some pieces from the fall/winter 2005 collection.
The installation can become an unusual (and really cool) photo background. There is nothing around Prada Marfa, so the scenery looks even more absurd.
Imagine how much fun you can have while taking the shots
People tell me all the time that they don’t know how I do it, how I stay so motivated.
Ssshhhh, don’t tell anyone...I’m not always motivated. 😮
It all comes down to a decision. Do you want to stay where you are or do you want something more. I decided one day that I wanted more, that I am worth more.💗
I have a few tricks up my sleeve on how I stay consistent though, and none of it is anything mind blowing.
I built a routine for myself and I am a huge creature of habit so once I figured out the things I needed to do every day to accomplish my goals, it became pretty easy.
I wake up every morning at 5:00 am. Yep! It is so important for me to have 2 hours to myself before the rest of the house wakes up and I have to shift into mommy mode. Now, the key to getting up early is going to bed early. Sleep is just as important as the food you fuel your body with and the workouts you do. My goal is 7-8 hours a night. Sure, this may take sacrifice, like not scrolling social media or binge watching Netflix, but it’s worth it! Trust me!
Another trick I like to do, especially since it’s pitch black in my bedroom when my alarm goes off, is I layout out my workout clothes at night in my bathroom. I also get out my 3 cups I’ll need in the morning...yes 3, and set them on the kitchen counter.
So, my alarm goes off, I go to the bathroom, make my superfood shake, magic lemonade, and water bottle. Then I go to my bathroom and put on my workout clothes, drink my shake, answer any messages I might have received from my challengers, and I post a motivational quote to my stories. Then, while I drink my magic lemonade, I do my First Five (devotional app), and my Start Today Journal (gratitude and goals).
After that, I head to my garage and push play on my workout.

This is what works for me. It may not be what works for you, but I promise there is a routine that you can get into to make you win the day! And when you don’t feel like doing it, do it anyway!
This is one thing I wish I knew when I was younger . This is for younger ladies out there . Much love from me .
I wish I knew I would never be happy if I keep on trying to look for someone to love me . I spend almost of my teen life trying to find love . Somebody who would truly love me not knowing I was that person who should truly love me . Everytime I found a person , I was left broken , confused , thinking I would never be good enough for any one to love me . I was wrong , I was enough I just haded to get to know my self first because sometime we think we know our self but we really don't know what we were capable of. Somebody said if you can't love yourself then who will Nobody out there will take full responsibility for your happiness. Your life , your choice. Whatever decision you make now is your future depends on it .
To all my lady , this is my reminder for you to put yourself first, love yourself first , give it all to yourself first before you give it all to somebody. Because after you are damaged it is almost impossible to go back to where you were. So please protect your happiness. Don't let anyone ruin it .
What is one thing you regret doing when you were younger What would you tell your younger self
How beautifully leaves grow old. So full of light and color in their last days. We got a small taste of Fall and loved it. Sadly, we don’t get much of a Fall in Florida so I’ll take it when I can get it. 🍂🍁
