When we surrender, we give ourselves over to love, source, light, health, joy, God, truth, essence, consciousness, wellbeing. We operate from a pure awareness of self as a part of the whole, unbreakable, undamaged and secure. When we let go of what we think we know and enjoy a more expansive experience of life, we soften. The more we soften, the less we feel impacted by life's events.
.
We do not brace for impact when we soften because we do not resist what is occurring. Rather we return to source and are guided to navigate life from gratitude, health, curiosity, awe, wonder, insight and trust. When we decide that life is not happening to us but for us, we find the opportunity for growth and learning in everything that comes our way.
.
We act out of love for ourselves and do not create suffering by living out of alignment with who we really are. We know that we are strong, resilient, intelligent and peaceful within and we take continual steps towards wellbeing. We are kind with ourselves when we fall back into conditioning and programming and patient when we default to an ego that sees us as separate, insecure and at risk.
.
We wake up to the nature of suffering and yet we have compassion for the pain we still experience. We reroute our energy back inwards and bloom like a flower nourished and lit up by the sun. We feel our resources strengthening as we uncover more of our truth and our life force increasing as we transcend a limited concept of reality built upon misunderstanding.
.
Surrender is the breaking away from the ego and the falling into the freedom that comes from seeing that what is left is an remembering of oneness. We are always everything we want to be. When we surrender to the truth of our existence, we are guided by a light that illuminates our choices and we become aware when we are caught up in a shadowy false representation of life.
.
When lift the veil of illusion, we find ourselves, healthy, whole and true and we give ourselves up to the wellbeing of who we truly are and are carried through life by love and wisdom, learning, growing and expanded by what we encounter.
