"Our latest single is called Paddy and is a raw and angry lash-out at the mundane 9 to 5 existence. It has a feel of earlier Arctic Monkeys to it."

The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. For example, Vilfredo Pareto noticed that 80% of all the plants in Italy that produced "peas" came from 20% of the plants.
Likewise, in business, many of the core functionalities play the biggest roles. For example, with Avora, our 3 main focusses are Sales outreach > Value and service > Education.
We could spend time and resources elsewhere, but it would only come to damage our reputation and stretch us in terms of how much we'd be able to do whilst providing a quality service.
+ Focussing on our social media, clients and sales determine how much income we can make. So we put 80% of our effort into the 20% of things that make the biggest difference for us.
As an artist, you're always going to be eager to focus on a million tasks that bring small percentages of benefits, but over time you'll just burn yourself out. This is why we recommend focussing your energy on the 3 things that bring you the most benefits. For example, submitting your music to playlists, practicing songwriting/production and building your social media.
The compound effect of focusing your time and energy into your primary career drivers can be astonishing!

admittedly wasn’t a fan of this song at first but after the BET Awards, here’s a @trillervids video to show my appreciation for it. DON’T EVER TAKE LIFE OR YOURSELF TOO SERIOUSLY. 🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠 @lilnasx @billyraycyrus @youngkio

The love and feedback for 'Real' has been amazing. Mad appreciation for everyone who's shown support. Big shout to @ajelkallejero and @spotify for making me the cover of the Blessings playlist. Let's see how far we can push this one 🙏🏽
With a heavy heart we release the following statement: 🎶 With nothing but the best intentions and the best of memories, I wish to inform you all that I am resigning from my position as the drummer of Final Fall. I appreciate all the love and support you’ve given us over the past couple years and wish nothing but the best for the guys as they continue on this adventure. Stay metal, keep hustling, and most important, find the thing that makes you want to wake up every morning and do it. Keep it 💯. - Evan Keeney 📸 by @cagironphoto
