After seeing people all over social media drinking celery juice, hubby and I decided to try it for 7 days. Every day for a week, we drank celery juice first thing in the morning, before anything else. We have a cold press or slow juicer, but decided to use the high-speed blender instead, as it’s a lot quicker to make and clean afterwards( and that is crucial in the morning). - -The procedure we followed was blending 2 bunches of celery (roughly chopped)+ 2 cups of water, and then using a nut bag (it came with our blender!), strain the celery pulp out, and pour the juice in a container. Divide juice in two, and drink quickly on an empty stomach.
We read that celery juice has anti-inflammatory properties. But, is this true Well I have had stomach problems since I was a kid and, while drinking this juice I felt significantly less bloated and with no stomach pain whatsoever. Hubby also felt better, although he is less sensitive than me💕
•While drinking this juice we both also felt less tired and with a lot more energy throughout the entire day.
-Celery juice is also very high in vitamin K, promoting general bone and heart health.
-It helps people with high blood pressure, because of its diuretic properties and because it contains magnesium, phthalides, and potassium.
-It’s high in vitamin C making it wonderful for your immune system.
-it contains bioactive flavonoids, helping to fight and prevent cancer cells. .
•👉In conclusion, we recommend trying this because it has worked for us and, even if it “doesn’t work for you”, it is super healthy for everyone anyway❤️🌱

🌱Hacemos dos o tres patatas enteras al vapor.
🌱En una sartén cocinamos 1 diente de ajo, 1 cebolla muy picadita, dos puñados de champiñones y un poco de kale también troceado.
🌱 En un bol añadimos un tomate, las verduras cocinadas ya templadas y las patatas cortadas en trozos.
🌱Añadimos sal, AOVE y mezcla de semillas (ej: chia, semillas de amapola y pipas de calabaza).
🌱Mezclamos muy bien para que se integren todos los ingredientes y listo!
Warm potato salad 💫 🌱Steam 2 whole potatoes.
🌱 In a pan, cook 1 clove of garlic, 1 small chopped onion, two handfuls of mushrooms and a little bit of kale also chopped.
🌱 In a bowl we add a tomato, the cooked vegetables and potatoes (already tempered).
🌱We add salt, EVOO and a mixture of seeds (ex: chia, poppy seeds and pumpkin seeds).
🌱Mix well and...that's it!
