Hoisin mock duck bao buns for a Saturday night in 🤤💃
It's soo easy to make super quick bao buns, just mix 1 cup self raising flour with 3/4 cup soy milk (or water) and a pinch of salt. Knead until smooth then shape and steam for around 5 mins. So soft and fluffy ☁️

Virgo Smoothie Recipe. This star sign’s ruling cell salt is potassium sulphate. This essential mineral’s role is to carry oxygen and lubrication (oil distribution) within the body, specifically to smooth the exchange of oxygen to the bloodstream, tissues, and cells. Potassium sulphate travels within the lungs, mucus membranes, skin and hair to complete its function. The sources of this cell salt in the smoothie are the apple, oats, and almond milk.
Virgo’s wellbeing has a strong connection to the coherency of their mind. Being a sign ruled by Mercury (the planet of communication and information), mental processing of facts or new knowledge is an important function to be supported. Moringa powder does a wonderful job of encouraging a healthy brain by helping to cope with stress and regulate moods, all due to the richness in vitamin B6.
Pairing moringa with parsley makes this smoothie a powerful source of iron that becomes more accessible with the lemon juice to break it down. Iron will improve mental focus by boosting hemoglobin (the oxygen carrying molecule) so that the brain can function at a higher potential. Lastly, brown rice syrup is simple, natural and subtly sweet, perfect for the detail-oriented Virgo who is full of soft, caring affection. Virgos are often experts at critical thinking which can lead them to being frustrated at themselves for getting into cycles of overthinking, therefore, this smoothie is geared towards calming mental support.
2 slices of frozen golden melon
½ a pink lady apple
Juice of one lemon
2 tbsp of oats
A few sprigs of parsley
2 tsp of moringa powder
¾ cup of almond milk
1 tbsp of brown rice syrup
Combine all ingredients and blend with ice.
Vegan Thai food! Who'da thunk there'd be amazing Thai food in 🇲🇽! Got the pad thai and massaman curry. They were both so good that now I have to go back and try more of the menu. Dammit. 😃🥡🍺
I took these pictures almost 5 years ago at the @sandiegozoo. I remember feeling awful after seeing the orangutans' faces inside the enclosures. When I was a kid, I saw zoos as educational and fun. It didn't feel like that this time. Not at all.
It's amazing how close we humans are to animals, it's just hard to see that when we're paying for their murder and consuming their pain and suffering. Look at their faces closely and feel how they feel. Forget about educating yourself and look at how these innocent non-human people are being enslaved against their own will and stuffed in a place they would never ever be in a million years. And we decided that was okay because it "betters" us as people Who are we to decide whose life is more important
Zoos are prisons of innocent non-human people. Think about that. What if your family just got randomly plucked and stuffed into a prison and tortured for the rest of their lives. For no reason. How the fuck is that okay It's not. And it never will be. Take your blinders off and wake the fuck up people. It's not okay.
This is one of many reasons I will be vegan for the rest of my life. It saddens me that I didn't know what I know now back then, but I am so thankful that I see it now.

Invert the order of this if you want to progress. So if you are a total novice, start with the LAST exercise and get good at that, then move to the 2nd to last, then 3rd to last. Thats how you move up the ladder of progress to the harder stuff. Make sense🤷♂️

From Obesity to Anorexia to Over-Weight to Creating a New Life | My ED Story - PART 2 ☀️⠀
I was eating healthy and was exercising, but i wasn’t losing weight fast and when i did lose 25lbs, i was so proud of myself that i decided to share it with everyone. My “friends” told me “Stop Photoshoping your photos,” when i was not photoshoping but in fact losing the weight. No matter how much weight i lost, they never believed me and asked me to send them videos of my stomache and sending that Video was the biggest mistake of my life. I was mocked, told how my belly flabs and those videos were shared to my acquaintances and i was laughed at.So, i decided that i will barely eat ever again. So, i ate 150 calories a day. I also broke all my mirrors and threw them away (even my toilet mirror) and never looked at myself for 90 days. After those 90 days, i was hospitalized in emergency for Anorexia and apprently my weight dropped by a 70 lbs. I was in a critical state, my brain was shutting down and my heart was beating very slow. I was told if i do not eat, i can die that same night.⠀
With tears gushing down my face, immense amount of guilt haunting me, my friends voices in my head laughing at me, i ate again. I started to recover slowily, but i had a horrible relationship now with my body and began excessively emotionally eating. I became addicted to Icecream (after not eating sugar for 90 days) and was now eating 4-6 Liter buckets of icecream a day FOR 8 MONTHS. I quickly became overweight and pre-diabetic. I was hospitalized again and hated every single bit of my life. I then decided to help myself because crying for help was doing anything for me. The first step was to Leave Social Media for 2 years, Put back up new mirrors and face the Truth. I was shocked...Instead of crying more, I became my best friend and i told myself every single day:⠀

Voor jou heb ik vandaag actie gevoerd. Ik heb jou laten zien aan mensen met wie ik een gesprek voerde. Ze waren er stil van en zijn gaan nadenken over wie ze eigenlijk op hun bord hebben liggen.
