The best #creamy #vegan cheezy #sauce yet! Made with #veggies, so it is light yet creamy and filling.
Served on brown rice #pasta (with olives and peas from the garden) with a side of baby bok choy and broccoli cooked with onions, and beets (boiled and tossed in apple cider vinegar, served cold). The sauce (see recipe below) would make a great queso for nachos, would be delicious on a baked potato, etc.
Nut-free vegan cheese sauce: 2 c. cut potatoes, 1 c. carrots, 1/4 c. onion. Boil all until very soft. Drain and put in blender along with 1 juiced lemon or 1 T apple cider vinegar (I used a bit of both), 1/3 c. nutritional yeast, 1 t garlic powder, 1 t paprika, 1/2 t. turmeric, 1/2 t. salt, 3/4 c. water (I used a bit less to make it thicker...I also added 2 raw cloves of garlic. And I used half potatoes and half sweet potatoes). Blend until smooth and creamy.

Zawsze lubiłam jajecznicę. Szybkie i sycące śniadanie. Po przejściu na weganizm, odkryłam tofucznicę. Tak na prawdę zamieniamy jajka na tofu. Ku mojemu zaskoczeniu tofucznica smakuje mi o wiele bardziej niż kiedyś jajecznica. Syci na dłużej, a smak jest nie zastąpiony. To zdecydowanie moje ulubione danie na diecie roślinnej, robię latem, zimą i zawsze dodaje coś innego.
1 łyżeczka oleju
1 kiełbaska ziołowa od @bezmiesny
180 g tofu bazyliowego
2 łyżki mleka roślinnego
1 łyżka sosu sojowego
1 łyżka płatków drożdzowych
1/2 łyżeczki kala namak
1/2 łyżeczki kurkumy
Na patelni podgrzewamy olej. Natępnie dodajemy pokrojoną kiełbaskę. Po kilku minutach dodajemy pokrojonego pomidora. Następnie rozdrobnione palcami tofu. Dodajemy resztę składników i smażymy kilka minut.
I always liked scrambled eggs. Fast and filling breakfast. After switching to veganism, I discovered a tofu scramble. The only change is eggs to tofu. To my surprise, the tofu scramble tastes much more to me than ever before scrambled eggs. Sats for longer, and the taste is not replaced. This is definitely my favorite dish on a vegetable diet, I do it in the summer, in the winter and always add something different.
1 teaspoon of oil
1 vegan sausage
180 g of basil tofu
2 tablespoons of vegetable milk
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of yeast flakes
1/2 teaspoon of kala namak
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
a pinch of pepper
Warm up the oil on the pan. Then add the sliced sausage. After a few minutes, add the chopped tomato. Then crumbled tofu. Add the rest of the ingredients and fry for a few minutes.

CHUNKY MONKEY (2 servings)
- 5 frozen bananas
- 4 tbsp plant milk
- 4 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 30g dark vegan chocolate
Salted Caramel Sauce (recipe in ebook or Fivesec Health app)
1. Make the Salted Caramel sauce from the ebook or Fivesec Health app, then let it sit in the fridge to get thicker
2. Add chopped frozen banana and plant milk to a high speed blender (preferably with a tamper/stick to push with) or a food processor and blend until smooth
3. It may take a while and you will have to stop a few times to scrape the sides of your food processor or blender (if you have a Vitamix, you will have to stop once in a while to empty air bubbles from the bottom of the blender)
4. Now add chopped dark chocolate and walnuts, use a spoon to combine
5. Serve in a bowl and add your toppings plus the Salted Caramel sauce!
