🥕I am registered dietitian and took my exam 9 years ago!
🥕Born & raised in Washington state but enjoying the Lone Star state for now
🥕Have two fur babies 🐈 🐈
🥕Been married 10 years all the while my hubs has been in medical school & training the entire time!
🥕I love to travel and have been to 11 countries. I’d like to visit Spain, Japan & Africa.
🥕I love being creative and I get inspired by art, photography, travel & the outdoors
🥕Peloton bike 🚴🏼♀️ is my stress reliever
🥕My passion is preventative health & wellness and I try center my website around this but by day (to pay the bills) I work as a Renal RD
🥕I focus my health mantra on eating mostly plant based & whole foods to nourish body & mind which I believe is the foundation of preventative health.
🥕Anti-diet dietitian over here 🙋♀️ Doesn’t mean I’m anti-health. I just believe many foods can be included as part of healthy diet without being extreme.
🥕Favorite meal I couldn’t live without...I’m a sucker for avocado toast or it would be cacio e pepe (my husband makes the best)
