Autumn depression? I want to share some ways to cure such an ailment. 1. Engage in a pleasant business.
 Let it be a trip to the cinema, art therapy, computer games, reading, or an hour in a cafe for a huge mug of sweet sweet coffee.
 2. Often meet with loved ones.
 Those we love always cheer us up, no matter how bad it may be. Especially in the dark, gloomy autumn.
 3. Take Vitamin D.
 The autumn blues have very real biological reasons! In the fall, she is so drawn to sleep and to do nothing because we practically do not get vitamin D, which mainly gets into our body in contact with sunlight.
