"Never forget what you are. The rest of the world will not. Wear it like armor, and it can never be used to hurt you." .
- This is a Filipino slang word derived from the English phrase “from the” which is short for “from the province.”; provincial. Filipinos from the countryside are often made fun of. Stereotyped as wearing unfashionable clothes, speaking with a rural accent, being ignorant and uncultured.

Found this gem of a #bao shop this morning. The preparation was unique and the #uyghur influence shone through - the bao were somewhat steamed, somewhat grilled in butter, with a cumin-heavy filling of spring onion and yam noodles. 🥟🇨🇳

We’re @davidmagidoff and @sarahmagidoff, owners of Bungalow M. For the past 10 years, we’ve traveled the globe staying in vacation rental accommodations ranging from exceptional to forgettable. From those experiences, we’ve learned that the key to a remarkable stay isn’t a perfectly styled space, but a place where all of your basic needs are met. We’ve provided everything from iPhone chargers to cotton swabs to cocktail shakers, in effort to ensure your utmost comfort. When we envisioned Bungalow M, we imagined a place where others could come to encounter the mystical beauty of the desert, experience its tranquility, and be transformed by its warmth. But more than anything, we hope that while you’re here, you feel like you’re home. - The Magidoffs 🌵 | #staybungalowm
Driving with distractions is not something I advise. It is dangerous and you should focus on the road. With that being said…
This sunset is one of the most gorgeous things I have ever witnessed!
On a road trip earlier this year I was on a road with no shoulder and the driving conditions would not allow for a pull over. So I grabbed my camera, turned it on, aimed and hoped for the best! I got one amazing photo from doing that, and it actually became my favorite from that trip. Ever since, I have done this on my road trips. (I don’t pay attention to the camera, I just aim and hope I get something!)
Back to this amazing sunset; I was just in awe of how amazing it was! The colors, the size of the sun, everything. I actually enjoy how the inside of the car sometimes frames my shots, the only downside is the unclean windows. I know I will see more beautiful sunsets, but I will never see this particular sunset again. #ThereThereFestival
