Update: As of December 2 2018 I am at 160lbs from my previous 140lbs back in August (I didn’t weigh 140 in college). I’ve had to take time off the gym due to hurting my neck when I was squatting but as of today it feels a lot better than two days ago. I still probably won’t squat till next week just to make sure my neck fully recovers. I hope I can weigh up to 180 by the new year but it’ll be a hard task. План был на 140х2х2, но концепт тренировки вылился в следующую мысль - либо я с первого раза опускаю штангу, куда следует и все хорошо, либо я опускаю спросонья куда попало, трачу на это все силы, подкачиваюсь и бегу на конференцию. Ну и на видео видно, что в итоге вышло 🙌 Shit happens или "мы дошли до старых цифр". Собственный вес - 101кг. Доброй ночи, ребят !

217lbs eating 6k calories a day and my abs are starting to make an appearance. No cardio, no ab workouts (which I should start doing) just hard work and lean eating, I’m excited for my first cut to see where my physique actually stands and to see what I need to improve on for my next bulk starting September 2019 to get ready for my first @wisconsinwarrior show in 2020!

Getting back into #MindfulMondays ☺️ This time related to the holidays 🎄🍾

Since paying more attention to my diet, I've noticed that other people also pay attention to it - in both good and bad ways. People have a tendency to comment negatively towards a lifestyle change you're making. They see something that you're doing to change your life and because it's not what they're doing, it's foreign to them. I don't think most people mean any malice by it, but those comments can stick with you.
•
I am thankful for the people who support me in what I do and how I live, but sometimes the negativity can outweigh your drive more than you realized. Just remember that what you're doing is good for you, and that you feel good, and focus on how to continue with that. Not everyone will understand, and that's OK.
•
Especially during the holidays, I've had to hunker down on my positive thoughts and shut out all the noise. The holidays can be fun and enjoyable, but they can also be stressful. Even though Thanksgiving has passed, we still have Christmas or whatever holiday you follow, and New Years -- my goal has been to be as stress free as possible, and I hope you'll join me in that. However that may look for you, DO THE THING because you'll feel so much better. Below are some things I've been thinking recently and that have helped me not just during the holidays, but for the future too.
\\
Ditch the negative feelings toward food -- eat what you want to eat and move along. The end.
\\
Take some time for self care -- whatever that may be for you. For me sometimes it's as simple as making sure I have my morning coffee with my book and starting the day off quiet, reflective, and most importantly - with little stress or nothing much else to think about.
\\
Keep a log of how you feel each day - it doesn't have to be a detailed journal (although it can be) -- maybe just some thoughts you've had throughout the day and ways you can keep up with the positive vibes and shoo away the bad ✋🏻
\\
Keep up with a schedule for your workouts -- if you're anything like me, I feel better (mentally and physically) when I move.

First session back in the gym after a 5 day lay off due to a shoulder injury. The injured shoulder has been surgical repaired in the past plus i already had an injury to the trap muscle that I was taping up so this time for once I listened to medical advice and took time off. It was hard work getting back to it tonight, trained some shoulders and chest and shoulder felt good. Get myself back into the routine this week. #gym #weighttraining

Switched up the protein powders from 100% Whey —-> Sustained (Flavor= Cinnamon Toast) I wanted something that would stick with me longer since a protein shake and lil chewy granola bar are the first things I eat/drink in the morning (usually about 10 o’clock) was then eat a Lenny&Larry cookie at 1ish and then eat lunch and dinner later. Keep in mind that I’m eating around 2000-2100cals a day or at least trying to but a lot of times I don’t even reach that. I also really don’t eat protein bars anymore (used to eat 2 a day 😟😅) and so it’s harder for me to get my protein in. I’m probably at about 100-110g of protein a day which isn’t too bad. But yeah, this protein is one of the best I’ve had so far.
