I have been obese my entire life. I never dreamed for myself that getting healthy and losing that much weight was even possible😍. Even gastric bypass was a short term solution with life long complications. If only I had this program 19 years ago before making that decision🤨. This program has changed my life and I am so blessed to be helping others change their lives as well!!! I am finally living my life and not watching from the couch!🥰
Love my rest days ♥️💪🏽 I’ll be resting for the next 4 days until 1st March I’ll be restarting my Round 3 and my training same day ☺️
The day I realized I could hula hoop !!!! If anyone knows me haha I’ve had a journey with hula hooping over the last few weeks and this was taken before I started my 30 days no makeup. My goal was to get to 10 seconds and I finally accomplished it and even been I didn’t get it on camera but I got up to 17 seconds and was so proud. You can ask @megan_lauridsen it wouldn’t stay up longer then a second. LITERALLY. Haha I felt very proud. moral of the story, never give up and you will get there 😌💕

So, I went and saw my GP on Friday to discuss my weight loss journey. It's been a year since I first saw her regarding it all. We have a plan in place to get where I want to be by the end of this year.
She has given me advice regarding diet and exercise, then move onto the use of medication to further the loss. If in 3 months time I'm not on track we will discuss weight loss surgery. My BMI right now is 35.3.
Enjoying my rest day 😍 back on the plan 100% as of tomorrow.
I’ll be resting the next 4 days from training.
Restarting Round 3 from 1st of March and my training will also commence same day 🥰♥️🔥

We ate out at a birthday party tonight and I am so happy I went with the healthier choice vs. a steak and potato because it was delicious! The best part is that we went out tonight and I don't have any regrets over what I ate!

I couldn't decide between the two side by sides. I'm feeling lean which is so weird to say being over 300 lbs. The hoodie I'm wearing is a 2x that wouldn't zip until last week its been in the closet for more than 2 years. I feel great in it. The first side by side before was shortly before I started my journey probably over 400 lbs. The second side by side has the picture that started my journey. I love the picture but didn't realize or didn't want to be honest with myself that I had put on that much weight and started my journey 10-10-17 at 397lbs. I stopped eating fast food, stopped drinking diet dew, and started reading labels keeping my foods low carb. I lost 50 lbs quickly a few months and was starting to feel better so ate more carbs and gained back 20 in about 4 months. I turned back to low carb and started to lose again. I would say I was ketoish. I didn't track anything so who knows. On Jan 1, 2019 I started a more focused ketoish diet at 329.6 lbs. I still don't track but I now can feel when I'm in ketosis or my sweet spot then I eat the same things over and over. When I switch it up I pay attention to my body and feed it what it wants. I weighed 309.6 this am so I've lost 20 lbs since the beginning of the year on my ketoish diet. I'm down 87.4 lbs since I started this crazy weightloss journey. Find something that works and stick to it. Change it up if you need to and listen to your body. The third photo is not the most flattering but I love it. When I look at it I see how far I've come.

Non scale victory comin in. I bought these in December. 2xl was a bit loose so I bought the xl. They were tight, hard to zip up. I felt like I couldn’t move. 20 lbs down and they fit so much better!!!

Era un miedo muy lelo que vencí en este último año.
De hecho me lo corté poco antes de empezar mi estilo de vida saludable, fue como un fuck it interno.
Está muy feo que muchas veces nos quedamos con las ganas de hacer algo por inseguridades o por miedo a que los demás nos vayan a juzgar o criticar (que muchas veces nadie lo hace más que nosotros mismos).

Not all calories are equal in terms of fat retention and loss. It's possible to consume fewer calories than you burn and still maintain a large amount of body fat.
Below are 7 proven methods detailing how to shed excess body fat without counting calories:
1. Ditch grain/carb-loaded breakfast and have some eggs 🍳 = superfood.

6. Optimize sleep and manage stress
Sleep and stress go hand-in-hand with not only living a healthy life, but with losing excess body fat as well. When you are sleep-deprived you're going to be secreting more cortisol (the stress hormone) into your system. Higher levels of cortisol generally means higher levels of body fat.
