I have NEVER had any form of upper body strength. I can do a few regular pushups, but don’t ask me for anything else because my arms are basically just noodles! One of my biggest fitness goals is to transform these little noodles into powerhouses! I wanna be able to climb the ropes and do pull ups! I wanna see some definition in my upper body. I want to do more focused work and make myself stronger 💪🏽

I used to fear Weights🏋️♀️ & stick to cardio for years. In the past 2 years I Brocken out of my comfort zone, Brocken self put boundaries & Now reaching new heights As I see no limits to my own progressions🙌🏻💪🏼👊🏼

I think it might have been a TAD heavy because I could only do 2 the next set then I was like nah, but I have a lot of strength that I didn’t know existed and I have always scared to lift heavy which has prevented me from using that strength, but I really pushed myself today.
I think I’m more happy that I maintained my form, so I’m on the right track.
Cause I could only eat eggs for breakfast so long 🤷🏻♀️. Walmart seafood cakes were prettttty amazing. I paired the three ounce cake with 3 ounce of Cobani plain with course Dijon. Delish. 👉🏼 before and after, plus packaging.

I remember how painful that feels, when I was 40 pounds heavier after breast cancer treatment (and throughout my entire adult life) when I felt nothing fit right or looked nice until I went whole food vegan 4 years ago. It's an amazing makeover for mind, body & soul you just can't imagine until you slip on a new dress, pass by a mirror and snap a selfie, while smiling at yourself... Maybe vanity pales in comparison to the very real health benefits of losing weight, reversing high blood pressure, high cholesterol and reversing type 2 diabetes and pre diabetes, saving animals and our planet but I can tell you that feeling ok in your own skin (and the sheer joy of trying on clothes that fit) can be just the beginning of all types of personal empowerment that brings so good into this world. 💚

I wanted to take a motivated/ more awake and ready to take on the day pic... buttttt truth is I’m tired af and want to do nothing all day 🙃
Today we’re rising&& grinding... and this morning we’ll be grinding w/ a whole lot of HW and finals 😅 I’ll have a quick gym sesh this afternoon, then it’s back to studying🍎
Quick note: Forgot to step on the scale this morning before I ate/ had my coffee to see my November damage 😒
