Photo on the right was July 2016 I had 4 months using Herbalife nutrition. Had lost a few pounds was still on party mode and not sticking to the plan at all !!! And literally was stuck for another few months , until I decided to do a 30 day challenge January 2017 where I dropped those stubborn 12 lbs most of it was body fat ! I always wanted definition but lack in discipline to stick to a plan and be consistent. Guys seriously lowering your body fat, following a great nutrition plan and adding more weight training to your gym routine will get you that definition and toning ! Consistency is the key I swear !
