How amazing is that To think God gave us all we could possibly need for food that is grown from this Earth. Every single vitamin, mineral, protein, fat, and carb we can have from Whole Foods alone. Simple + natural ingredients are what our bodies were intended to be nourished by. Each one serves a different purpose for our bodies! God truly blessed us with all we could possibly need.

ultimate power breakfast 🙌🏽 never getting tired of these bowls 🌙 ok, let’s talk about my new banana muffin recipe...it’s LEGIT😍 these may be the best yet- check out that texture
2 large mashed very ripe bananas
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup arrowroot flour
1 tsp Cinnamon
bake at 375 for about 30-35 min (may vary depending on size. these are medium)
