Spicy salmon tacos smothered in cilantro lime sauce? Oh YES plz🤤. For salmon >> mix 1 tsp each of chili powder, cumin, & paprika, 1/4 tsp dried basil & 1/8 tsp dried oregano. Coat salmon with a light layer of olive oil then smother with rub and spritz w/ some lime juice. Cook @ 400 for about 12 min.

Cilantro lime sauce>> in a blender or food processor, mix 1 avocado, juice from 1.5 limes, 1/2 cup cilantro, 1 tsp salt, 1-2 tbsp tomatillo salsa, & a drizzle of olive oil. Pulse until smooth. 
Top tacos w/ cucumber slices, micro greens & lots of lime juice👌🏻 • • •

Made a cutie lil’ video of my banana bread on my stories this morning because I realized I have the perfect shelf for it 🙌🏼 I’m hoping to do more of them soon (not fast motion) to show you guys some behind the scenes of my recipes! Cinnamon Banana Mug Cake:
1 egg
1 banana (mashed)
1 tsp. @beekeepers_naturals superfood honey 
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. @bobsredmill almond flour 
1 tbsp. @bobsredmill coconut flour 
1/2 tsp. @simplyorganicfoods ceylon cinnamon
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Directions:
In a microwaveable bowl or mug, whisk together the egg and banana. Stir in the rest of the ingredients, top with a raisin almond @_freedombar (or chocolate chips) and microwave for 2 minutes! Layered on some @superfat macadamia & almond nut butter from my @clean.fit_box for some healthy fats & it turned out so good & fluffy! #FreedomBar #FreedomBarAmbassador

ultimate power breakfast 🙌🏽 never getting tired of these bowls 🌙 ok, let’s talk about my new banana muffin recipe...it’s LEGIT😍 these may be the best yet- check out that texture

mix:
2 large mashed very ripe bananas 
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup runny almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking powder 
1/2 cup arrowroot flour 
1 tsp Cinnamon 
bake at 375 for about 30-35 min (may vary depending on size. these are medium)

Only 150 pushups today. Silly me left them till the end of the day then fell asleep on the couch (still catching up on sleep from last week!) Luckily I'm getting stronger and can get them done faster!

150g of vegetables is about 2 serves of veggies. Our gut plays a huge roll in our overall health and mental health is no exception. More and more research is coming out about the importance of eating predominantly fresh fruits and veggies. So make sure you stock up at every meal!

The deets: 3 beetroots, 1 sweet potato, 1 can of chickpeas, qtr tsp chilli powder and @saykallo organic vegetable stock cube. Next time I'd use a bigger potato as this wasn't as thick as I'd normally like it. Had 2 ryvitas and also a bowl of melon for afters. 🍈😋

📝 this post is a bit different to the usual, however i thought i’d share this as someone might benefit from it 😊 personally, i’ve noticed that my stomach can be quite sensitive to certain foods all of which are not known as it’s quite expensive to get tested for each individual food that might be a trigger. With this being the case, i’ve done a bit of research and found that it might be a better idea to try and improve the function of my digestive/immune system rather than cutting out several foods which all serve different nutritional purposes.

it is recommended by @biomel.life to have 1/2 of these per days in order to feel the results within 2 weeks so I will be trying this out and will let you all know how i get on 🤞🏽

👍🏽 as seen on the packaging, it is suitable for vegans and it’s dairy free - couldn’t be any better!

😋 the taste isn’t great but it does have a nice and subtle sweetness to it which is good because it means it doesn’t become sickening if it is being consumed on a daily basis. It’s also sold in a natural coconut and pure vanilla flavour in @wholefoodsuk which I will be trying next!
