Spirit Fox brings a beautiful and deeply transformational energy and medicine for us to work with. Be sure that when the Fox makes itself present in your life, great change is afoot. Although the change that presents may be gradual and with challenge, spirit fox encourages us to draw upon and develop our own natural and innate instincts and abilities to move through any shifts and transformation that presents with grace and no fear.
Fox medicine asks us to release the fears of being seen and to come out of the den (spiritual closet) and really been seen for who we are, in all our glory. This can be deeply affronting to the ego mind, so this is where fox comes in to soothe and guide us through the changes so that we are held throughout. My own experience of fox medicine has been such that he/she appears in times of great change and adversity, when faced with confusion and difficulty, always revealing the next steps and physically running past me with their aerodynamic frame signifying focus and determined action that always relates to current circumstances (yes I see them very regularly) guiding my next steps and encouraging strength, courage and wisdom of what is being experienced and the knowledge that this soon shall pass and that in the experience much spiritual growth is being honed. We are all familiar with foxes being in the countryside, but in the city, they are plentiful and very urbanised, although they are seen mostly in the darker and duskier hours, Fox brings us the ability to blend in, go unnoticed, silently observing our surroundings and environment, assessing our next steps (action or non-action) with a quiet yet confident wisdom.
Fox medicine asks us to remain calm in the face of change, as we are aware, change is not always comfortable, but we are encouraged to be aware that we are equipped and have been adequately prepared for whatever we face, our spiritual toolbox is full and assists us with the shift into new energetic spaces that align us with fresh energy, opportunities and to go beyond what we have known. Great things lie on the other side of our comfort zone. 👇
