Here is a key business tip, "LISTEN KEENLY TO YOUR CLIENTS". They are telling you in different ways what they want but are you paying attention to them or just focused on getting your message across to get them to buy from you .
Yes I know you want to make a sale and more money but does the market need or want what you are selling
Last week on Embracing Intensity, Benita J talked about how she moved a lot as a child and "reinvented herself" every time she moved, but it always felt like a mask. As she connects with her gifts, and explores her self more, she not only is able to express her true self to the world, but attract others who are on the same page. .
For me, Imposter Syndrome manifests more in my idea of what I do "professionally." For years, I thought you get a degree and a "day job" and anything creative or fun is just a "hobby." As I've moved towards entrepreneurship, I still had in my head that my creative work such as the podcast and blog are not worth compensation - and that they are there to support the "real work" of one-on-one services and/or physical products.
What I've come to realize though is that my greatest impact has come from the work that I have provided for free. As I move towards increasing hours at my day job for the next year, I am also working on streamlining my content into one place. All of my free content will be available on my website, and the courses, tools and retreat guides I've created are available at the different levels on my Patreon.
For those of you who are already Patrons, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are making a huge difference in my ability to sustain my creative work and continue to put out free content for those who need it. Please feel free to share topics you would like to see me explore further! .
For those who are not already Patrons - for just $1 a month, you can not only get access to exclusive content, but every bit goes a long way towards sustaining the production of the Embracing Intensity Podcast!

Decluttering increases happiness levels! I’ve been reading The Happiness Project with some of my coaches and one chapter I wanted to focus on today was “Boost Energy” which challenged us to toss, restore, and organize
Just by identifying what I needed and didn’t need through the decluttering makes me feel pretty accomplished tonight. I can walk into my closet and know I don’t have the “I have nothing to wear” problem anymore because everything in my closet I wear now 😂 otherwise it’s pictured here
Tip to Declutter your Closet:
Look at every single item and force yourself to make it work, or out it goes. If you’re like me, you might try to talk yourself out of getting rid of clothes by saying:
“I would wear this” - I found that actually means I didn’t wear it. “I have worn this” - that means twice in five years.
“I could wear this” - I’d never worn it and never would.
Just let it go. You’ll feel better not having extra clutter in your life/closet and you’ll make your sister and GoodWill very happy 🤗
