We are reaching the end of the year and many of us are reflecting on what has been and become.
Instead of focusing on your failiers or the things you didn't achieve its important to focus on your language.
By that I mean your subconscious thoughts and what you say to yourself and others on a daily basis (probably sometimes without even realizing so).
What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us. Everyone myself included is responsible for everything in our lives. The best and the worst.
Looking back on your year where you the person that walked around saying I am always tired, anxious, unmotivated, stuck, getting messed around (victim mentality)- or where you taking control of your thoughts When you read those words notice how you felt
Everyday we have a choice. You are the only thinker in your mind.
Your thoughts and beleifs will always create your life. Make sure they are serving and empouring you.
This year I AM.... thriving, flourishing, abundant, loving, on fire with passion, present, prospering, glowing, creating, in alignment- I AM ....

This photo is from my devotee phase of practice. If an action didn’t have a basis in some kind of yoga philosophy, I wasn’t having it. My internal life was austere. It led me to be manipulated and controlled.
I don’t recognise this person.
When I speak of this time, I feel so removed from it, like it was a whole other life. Back then, my life was in black and white, everyday felt like a punishment, and I lived by rules that only kick in once you die. What kind of a life is that
I don’t recognise it because now that is so not what I would choose. Nor is it what I would teach.

Sometimes it takes Darkness to appreciate Light.... Fear to appreciate Bravery.... Weakness to appreciate Strength....
And whilst we journey through this life in search of our own unique destiny, we must be certain to remember but one rule -
It is through our insanity that we are able to achieve all that declares us sane....

In tune with that discussion on forgiveness now leads us on to the Heart Chakra, (or Anāhata in Sanskrit.) When we feel depressed, anxiety and a lack of compassion for ourselves and others we could look to working with our Heart Chakra, this could include adding some heart filled foods into our diet, practicing heart opening yoga poses (Asana) and chant some mantra into a meditation practice to help get back in flow with the rest of our body.
As ever, I would absolutely love to hear from you, if you are trying out these tips, have some of your own and indeed if you have felt it too!

Die Lutealphase ist die zweite Zyklushälfte, die Zeit nach dem Eisprung bis zur Menstruation. In dieser Zeit dominiert im Idealfall das Hormon Progesteron, das vom Gelbkörperchen (dem Rest des Follikels) produziert wird. Progesteron macht uns entspannt, ruhig, gelassen. Es kann allerdings auch zu einem hormonellen Ungleichgewicht kommen, wenn es in dieser Phase noch zu viel Östrogen gibt, das vom Körper nicht richtig abgebaut oder ausgeschieden werden konnte. Dann fühlen wir uns außer Balance, es kommt zu PMS (Prämenstruelles Syndrom). 〰️
In unserer Sequenz unterstützen wir den Körper beim Hormonab- und -umbau, indem wir den Lebermeridian aktivieren. Die Leber ist das Organ, das Hormone abbaut und dann zur Ausscheidung bereitstellt. Die Sequenz ist außerdem etwas ruhiger und weniger kraftvoll als der Flow für die Follikelphase. In der zweiten Zyklushälfte fühlen wir uns oft weniger energiegeladen und flexibel.
