I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Swimming instructor, runner, fitness enthusiast.... yoga was once just a stretch and an opportunity to distract myself (from myself). .
Over the past 4 years on my journey through recovery, yoga has given me life. .
I believe a large portion of healing comes through physical movement. A connection of body, mind and soul. .
It’s is with great honour that I get to use the challenges life had to offer me , turn them into strengths and share my solution with others. Yoga has helped my mentality switch from survivor to thriver. .
I look forward to continuing this Karmic exchange of energy with each beautiful soul that I cross paths with. Join me on the journey to wholeness . .

Final exam over. 🌍 I'm overwhelmed by the love I feel for all of the people here. I'm practising all the training exams and each and everyone of it is so unique and magical sending me on a journey. I'm so proud of everybody here and I realize how this cracked us so opet, this indeed is a Love School. Few exams more to go, more tears and sweat to bust and then we each go our own way. Wow. What. A. Trip. So grateful.

Danas je polozen zadnji ispit 🌍 sa svojom grupom predivnih stvorenja vodila sam sat sa toliko detaljnim anatomskim i energetskim uputama na engleskom da smo noc prije bile na rubu sloma.... da bi sat prosao gotovo besprijekorno. Valjda kao kad generalna proba mora bit usrana da bi koncert bio odlican 😂
Ovaj nacin rada je toliko intenzivan i predivan. Nasi dlanovi i stopala su transmitori, vodiči koji mogu zivotnu energiju prenositi iz Zemlje u tijelo. Mozemo ju nauciti kontrolirati i kultivirati sa dahom ( i misicnom aktivacijom). I to mozemo bas svi 💚 jer smo Ljudska Bića, samo što smo malo previše postali ljudi a zanemarili Biće. Ali sve stignemo 😊
Krenemo sa voljom, mora bit zelja i znatizelja.
. (Ja sam tek pocela, ne zelim nikome propovijedati, samo podijeliti jer smo svi tu da ucimo i rastemo kroz bol ali i igru 🌱) Ionak ne znam jos gdje i sto dalje poslije svega. Lekcija: find comfort in discomfort and unknowingness. .
Prvo pitanje Vedskog dijela pismenog ispita: "What is the Fundamental problem" - That we don't know that we are whole and complete 🌱💚

Many paths, but all lead to truth. And the path may be lonely. Stay strong. 🙏🏻. The reason I am drawn to Ashtanga yoga, Vipassana meditation, and the principles of recovery are they area all paths to truth. Not a specific idea, a journey towards an enlightened state, which is really about seeing us as we really are.
The dark. The light. All of it.
If you can't understand every nook and cranny of your inner workings, you will just project onto others.
I am a wildly creative person, who lives on the fringes of normal, whatever the hell that means. Part of my own self destructive patterns was a root fear of not being able to express how I felt, not being fully understood, not being totally okay in this human shell.
Metadata is like the atom, we will be able to foresee the collapse of dynasties before they collapse, or we can influence behavior and pit brother against brother in a modern civil war using algorithms and the piling layers of data we keep giving the machine.
It's fascinating, and scary.
It's why my journey with Solgave is so personal, and so important to me. It is a philosophy of life that I aspire to reach, aspire to help be part of. We are never "there" but always "on our way there"....

1. The 100
Gerakan yang satu ini bisa dibilang gerakan paling dasar dari pilates. ‘The 100’ ini didesain untuk gerakan pemanasan sekaligus untuk memompa darah kamu selama melakukan pilates. Untuk pemula kamu bisa coba dengan ‘The 50’ dahulu.
2. Rolling like a ball
Gulungkan badan kamu dan mulai gerakan seperti bola sedang setengah bergelinding. Gerakan ini bukan cuma menyenangkan, namun juga membantu untuk mempersiapkan tulang belakang untuk melakukan pilates.
3. Single Leg Circles
Yang perlu kamu lakukan adalah posisikan kaki kamu pada posisi on-point dan mulai gerakan melingkar. Usahakan agar kaki kamu tidak tertekuk saat melakukan gerakan ini.
4. Single Leg Teasers
Angkat salah satu kakimu setinggi kurang lebih 45 derajat. Kemudian angkat badan kamu seperti sedang melakukan sit up dan tangan kamu ingin menyentuh jari kaki pada kaki yang sedang terangkat.
5. Criss cross
Gerakan kedua kaki kamu seperti sedang mengayuh sepeda. Untuk tangan, kamu letakkan dibelakang kepala kamu. Ketika kaki kanan kamu yang terangkat, usahan sikut kiri kamu menyentuh lutut kanan kamu.
Buka kaki kamu selebar matras duduk tegap dan rentangkan tangan kamu. Putar badan kamu ke arah kanan dan kiri. Usahakan tangan kanan kamu bisa menyentuh jari kaki kiri dan tangan kiri kamu bisa menyentuh jari kaki kanan.
Gerakan mermaid ini pas banget untuk melepaskan tensi pada tubuh kamu. Kamu tinggal melipat kaki kamu ke arah kiri, kemudian angkat dan luruskan tangan kamu kamu. Perlahan-lahan, gerakan dan tarik tubuh kamu ke sebelah kiri dan sebaliknya. (fitplus.co.id : goo.gl/cEwx1z )

So often people comment on my activities as ‘inspirational’ while all I am doing is just trying to get through day-to-day life.
Just imagine this: I am dancing in a club when someone comes up to me, hugging me, telling me I am beautiful and such an inspiration. First of all, there is NOTHING inspirational about having a great time with friends. Secondly, I hate when people assume that I am insecure about my appearances and I need someone to tell me that I ‘at least still look good’. This is why disability awareness is so important. Disabled people are also just trying to live a happy & normal life like any other. That is not inspirational, that is just life 💛

Hiked 2 1/2 miles in the snow today to see a little place in Shaver Lake known as Amethyst Cove. It’s a notorious little location in #shaverlake where beautiful Amethyst crystals have been found. No Amethyst was found but it was absolutely beautiful and even though I’m still thawing out, it was so good to be breathing some fresh mountain air.
