Transformation Tuesday❤️
Gosh I am so happy with how far I’ve come! Over the past year I decided it was time for me to change, I was to the point where I was sick of being where I was at. 
I was at my heaviest weight, for me that was 159lbs. 
The weight gradually kept creeping up from the 120’s A LONG time ago 😂 to the 130’s, the 140’s and 159 at my highest I knew i was no longer “just bloated” which is what I kept telling myself 🙈
I knew I was not going to watch that scale hit 160. In the beginning for me it was all about the scale, all about the number, I was fixated on it, I was fixated on calories and tracking everything. 
That was not the right mindset or approach either! I am more than a number in a scale and once we moved and my scale was packed away, I was happier not constantly checking my weight or obsessing over those numbers. I stopped tracking every damn calorie and eat whatever the hell I want to now. I try to just be realistic and pay attention to portion.
I eat sugar probably every dang day and no I’m not saying to do this, I need to stop this!! I’m just saying don’t restrict things so much that you can’t enjoy food.
Food fuels our bodies, just try to make better choices most of the time.
By doing small things daily and consistently you can do this to!
In the beginning I took a lot of rest breaks, sometimes I still take rest breaks but I am definitely stronger and healthier than where I was on 12/26/18 when I made the decision to be better and do better for myself!
I’m not perfect by any means, I have things I need to moor every upon but that’s why we have goals for ourselves, and that’s why they change because we grow as we make progress and change!
I hope you make the choice to do better for yourself because you deserve it!❤️

Earlier I shared my ab blast. This is the only snippet I captured from my upper body workout today: the rear deltoid fly on the cable cross. I have to say I am quite impressed with the muscle and tone I see in my back and arms. A body in progress is an amazing thing to watch. To be honest when I make videos and look back at them, I sometimes don’t recognize myself. I have changed so much, physically and mentally, and all for the better. Enjoy. ❤️

So no school again tomorrow for my son yeah he's supposed to be going to an alternative school for three days which he did go Monday and of course today is Tuesday and we got a little snow last night through this morning just a dusting but some of the roads here are not very good even though it's the South. and so I'm guessing since it's only going to be like 17 degrees tomorrow morning when the kids would be waiting for the bus that the roads are not going to improve.
So no school again.

I couldn’t see beyond the fact that I wasn’t even able to bend my knee past 90 degrees yet without terrible pains. #transformationtuesday 🙌 Honestly, back then I couldn’t even think about being able to land off an obstacle from that high up. I couldn’t see beyond the fact that I wasn’t even able to bend my knee past 90 degrees yet without terrible pains.
