“I don’t have time to prep and pack my food” .
Today after work and the gym, I was reminded I only have one day off till back on for three full days- I didn’t feel like “wasting” my day prepping my food for the week. .
While I was making dinner tonight, I realized I could multitask and at least get some breakfasts made so I only have a few other meals to make tomorrow for the week. .
Chopped potatoes, seasoned and in the air fryer for 25 mins. Defrosted frozen veggies and cooked with egg whites, then fried three eggs for each day to have with my avocado toast- hope no one steals my bread this week like today😒 Who even does that!....
Anyways - point being, “I” whom have been prepping my food for years now, still felt like I was going to have no time or waste so much time tomorrow doing it when this literally took me less than a half hour to make- and not an extra half hour because I was already cooking for tonight’s dinner too. .
No time is no excuse- you can prep a decent couple meals in a short amount of time! .
You only have no time if it’s not a priority of your time!⏱ And your health and well being is something you should make time for! Be happy, healthy, and feel satisfied by eating healthy, REAL food!! It’s Sunday- prep ahead a few meals for your week!!
