But at some point “things” will not and should not be the motivation nor the food. #holisticwellnessconsultantBalance is key, all is mind. To maintain this there must be discipline and self control. You can begin by caring about what you feed your temple. Food, environmental energy, music, etc.❤️💫When you are CONSISTENTLY detoxing, you’re not allowing your body to complete the process to return the environment back to its natural state of function. Also meaning your cells aren’t given the chance to cleanse AND THEN regenerate. This could cause an onset of degenerative diseases as well as if you’re continuously feeding toxins into your system continuously, imbalance either way. Detoxing should not be used as a continuous method of eating or drinking horribly and consistently resulting to a detox. A healthy detox regimen can consist of a seasonal detox or if you are experiencing some of the following:✏️Consistent colds ✏️white or yellow coated tongue (bad breath)✏️fluid retention and/or congested sinuses✏️increased belly fat✏️cravings and/or blood sugar issues✏️abdominal bloating ✏️acne or itchy skin✏️fatigue, unrelieved by more sleep✏️moodiness ✏️insomnia The goal is to minimize having to detox but One of the reasons for detoxing is to bring your internal environment back to balance so that you can understand and listen to your bodies rejections and needs. I charge you with this, to be.💫❤️💫This is very true... and remember if you’re shining light on someone needing to be accountable, make sure you practice the same.. be the example, it’s the best way to reach the ego of another by setting boundaries for not accepting their projections from the lack of their self work. Be a friend by mentioning, be the light by example.💫❤️Understand that when you aren’t doing the things that will feed your purpose the universe will blow things in your life and around you to redirect you... this could mean losing people you consider friends who no longer serve your higher self and the direction you should be going to elevate. When you begin to make the right choices the universe gives you synchronicities to let you know you are making the right choices... you may lose your job because it’s not something that is fulfilling you, but is good money or you’re just comfortable and are scared of change. We should be doing things that fulfill our passions and when you’re not doing so you will continue to feel that resistance and anxiety.... so whatever you are going through right now good or bad is a result of choices you have made, big or small. Mercury retrograde is approaching next month, make sure you pause and be still and take that chance to not feel the need to control what the universe is trying to realign for you.
