MORE ABOUT ARTISTS & INFO:
This morning the @pamm opened early and was free so I decided to head over solo. I’m glad I did because I got to take in the brilliant work of @ebonygpatterson all by myself (and no one else got to see me cry). In fact, I had the entire museum to myself this morning and it was incredible. But Ebony’s work can not be missed. #miamiartweek #miamibasel #installation
#miamiartweek squad. Happy to be traveling with these fools (especially since they let me drag them to all the art).
@pulseartfair this morning was incredible and the surprises at @icamiami were spectacular but the best thing(s) that I saw today were at the @delacruzcollection. Someone recommended this collection to me and I am so grateful. The first and second floors are great, many pieces by big artists who I had never seen in person. BUT the third floor was heart stopping for me with collections of BOTH Felix Gonzales Torres and Ana Mendieta. I squealed like a little girl when I discovered the small room dedicated to mendieta and getting to take a piece of candy from Torres piece to keep (FOREVER) makes me happier than I can describe. Don’t miss the collection if you’re in Miami! #miamiartweek
