This morning I tried something completely different!! Today was leg day using paper plates😂 the workout called for some REAL equipment! But you have to get creative!l and work with what you have!! As I was working out I thought to myself that a couple of years ago I HATED anything to do with fitness and health! Mostly because I was trying to force myself to diet and restrict myself with everything or expected immediate results! Like in 2 days 😂
I would give up and convince myself that "it wouldn't work for me" but do you know why it would work!? I wasn't determined to make it happen. I wanted a quick fix I even went far enough to buy diet pills from a complete stranger😱
(I'm not proud of that) which could have been so dangerous! They didn't have any labels they were brought from a different country! All because I wanted a quick fix. Im happy I understood that there are no quick fixes to health. This is not a seasonal hobby it's a LIFESTYLE .
