This comes as a shock to a lot of people but I actually don’t drink coffee!! I quit around 3 years ago after drinking a ton (almost 4 cups a day) and haven’t looked back. I actually wrote my first blog post on the experience. Yes, there was a withdrawal period and yes it sucks. But, after just 2 weeks, I felt so free of yet another addiction in my life ✔️ ✔️ There are so many other healthy (& fun) ways to get your caffeine/energy. Here are some ways I keep energized throughout the day.
1️⃣ take magnesium & B12 vitamins every morning ☀️
2️⃣ make and drink a matcha latte or green tea 🍵
3️⃣ workout so I get a good night’s rest 🏃🏻♀️
4️⃣ and grab dessert boba teas with friends 😊
