Currently in the gym doing cardio and just people watching I’ve witnessed: 
A man in dress shoes 
A woman on the stair master with her purse crossbodied
An older man with a medical boot in which he most likely just had surgery, currently crushing cardio on the bike!
The craziest thing I’ve done to hit a workout was trained in sandals!
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done or witnessed???

Decisions on the rise. This was back in August, but I’m excited to see what happens this year.

Do you have a coach? All coaches have a coach: power of accountability.
The best athletes in the world have 30 coaches on hand. Amazing bodies didn’t get there by trying it out on their own, they got help.
.
So the topic is once you find and hire a coach you must be coachable. A coach’s job is to help with goals, but a client needs to be accountable and willing to do things on their own ie check ins. Ask as many questions when you can. If a client thinks they need to be chased then they aren’t ready to actually change.
.
A coach’s job is to give the tools, but how are you going to have the responsibility to loose the weight on your own if you cant follow a simple check in with pictures and measurements on the right days for check ins.
.
The clients that open and create that 100/100 instead of a 50/50 relationship I’m able to help the most!!! Why go in and put in the work and not even put in the effort. You’re already there and have the proper connection why not use it to your full advantage.

22 vs 32 From recently graduating college at age 21 to my past pro show this year in Las Vegas. Being a collegiate athlete and only knowing my sport I struggled to figure out what would be next for me since I was so used to being competitive and active. It was as if I had lost my identity not being apart of gymnastics. So in 2009 I entered into my first fitness competition. I became a pro in 2010 at my second show and the rest is history. Taking top 10, top 3 and 2nd in the world throughout the years. Being healthy and staying in shape has been something that I’ve always carried throughout my life. Thanks Mom & Dad for some good genes. #10yearchallenge

My go to is always dark colored leggings, or leggings that are thick enough so they don’t show my cellulite yes I get it especially when I’m not actively using my training and nutritional program, or drinking enough water. For tops I go for a full coverage long sleeve top as the one in the picture which will meet with the top of my leggings so lil to no midriff showing. Or even a zip up hoodie and long sleeve full zip!

So, since I show my ups and downs in my journey and the fact that I’m not always super lean. One thing I teach my clients is tempos during an exercise and how to control a movement making mind to muscle connection. I swear all my years of training I still feel my counts are on until I watch a video and it looks as if I have it sped up 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will always train like an athlete helps when I get my flips going .

2012 first pro show vs 2018 curious what 2019 will look like. Finding a balance is key! I was on the phone with one of my clients earlier this morning and we were speaking of just that! A little set back is ok to push you ahead even more! ❤️

110 lbs vs 135 lbs.
.
Some will say photoshopped, some will say that’s too much, some will say eww, others will call me “thick”. I call it strong!!The thing to remember is that we all have a journey and when your proud and don’t really care much what others say you can own your life fully. Am I fully happy at where I’m at right now not really. The extra weight bothers me a little but my muscle mass is packed on and I’m pretty solid. So when I do lean out my body is gonna look crazy. I’ve worked so hard for all the muscle mass I’ve put on. so I know the work has paid off and it takes years of dedication, proper training and nutrition. I’ve guided myself thru 4 pro shows taking top 10, 3rd and 2nd in the world. No sure if I want to compete again or just get in the best shape of my life and keep that like I’ve done in the past. .
