Few things a lot have been asking and I swear when I say this lol I get DMs about what I use for my skin all the time. Side note nothing I used to spend years going to the dermatologist, buying pharma and otc products. Until I’ve realized some of my acne issues were food related and that all of these topicals were just things to surface cover underlying issues. I currently use witch hazel for my toner, a moisturizer from @laseraway called wake me up and I visit them monthly for a laser facial. Oh and ladies sun screen everyday!!!! Since then my skin has been flawless! #laseraway

Also not sure if you know but I do have a bachelors of science love my sciences and a degree in fashion merchandising so clothing is a big form of self expression to me.

READ FULL MESSAGE: We are only 3 months from summer!!! In this video I was currently sitting at 126lbs and right now I’m at 137lbs not far off! But read below why I never use the scale to dictate progress:

Low days 1733
High days 2378

I would have high days on Thursday’s and Sundays which I used to incorporate donuts yep that’s right!! Explanation: How I measure progress with myself and my clients is through body measurements! Given we are females we are super hormonal and anything can change the scale number depending. Things that can cause weigh gain is as simple as being stressed out, not drinking enough water, lack of sleep and even our menstrual cycles.

So to gauge progress just off a scale number is silly a healthy weight loss number is .5-2lbs a week and an accurate inch off our waist is equivalent to 4lbs on the scale but sometimes that doesn’t always reflect properly. So that’s why how you’re feeling personally and in your clothes should always be the best way to determine success and progress and obviously body measurements! Not to mention photos!! Trust your coach on the journey and daily check off the list with what you should be doing!

A #Throwback and #Truth

Individuals that ruin it for the industry are the ones that don’t understand balance. They obsess over an image, a trophy, and a feeling. But let me tell you that over the years I’ve learned that trying to perfect a feeling doesn’t become realistic. You need to understand the true meaning of life and not allow yourself to become so selfish. Looking good comes from feeling good. If you struggle to look as what is perceived in your eyes as good and you do it with anguish you will never be able to motivate, inspire or lead others. So with that said not everyone should be chasing a trophy because the true value of a champion is one that is able to fail, succeed, and learn to create a balance that they will never become negative towards. Stepping on stage is not for everyone and those that can take the life experience and walk away appreciating the discipline and hard effort that is placed forth are the real MVP’s. They should be the ones leading faith and guidance in an industry to truly make others understand the true value of feeling good not only comes from the outside but on the inside as well. They appreciate the journey.

Ps I was eating 2035 cals during this video on my high days with a 350 g carb intake! Low days were 1766, I feed my clients and help restore their metabolisms! Also did I mention I do this all in 3 meals a day!! Main goal is education so you’re able to continue a healthy maintainable lifestyle. All it depends on is your goals and determination and the progress is endless!

I decided at a young age I always wanted to stand tall on my own. Finding your independence before introducing others to the picture is a piece to the puzzle that everyone should obtain. We all have inner strength and there's always time to discover or rediscover this.
