I would have high days on Thursday’s and Sundays which I used to incorporate donuts yep that’s right!! Explanation: How I measure progress with myself and my clients is through body measurements! Given we are females we are super hormonal and anything can change the scale number depending. Things that can cause weigh gain is as simple as being stressed out, not drinking enough water, lack of sleep and even our menstrual cycles.
So to gauge progress just off a scale number is silly a healthy weight loss number is .5-2lbs a week and an accurate inch off our waist is equivalent to 4lbs on the scale but sometimes that doesn’t always reflect properly. So that’s why how you’re feeling personally and in your clothes should always be the best way to determine success and progress and obviously body measurements! Not to mention photos!! Trust your coach on the journey and daily check off the list with what you should be doing!
