Paid collab @visit_haapsalu. Marimetsa bog should be on your list when visiting Haapsalu. The trail is 9 km (out-and-back), but it’s super easy and nice to walk. Beginning of the trail will lead you through a fairytale forest and at some point you’ll be on a boardwalk walking across the fen 😊. Totally recommend for sunrise or sunset! #visithaapsalu

Here are some interesting numbers: 450 sheep 47 highland cows 4 persons Btw sheep on the island have a special mission. They destroy juniper plants and make land more soft and nice. The land serves as a resting place to many bird species when they travel. This island is very unique, to get there is not so easy, but that makes it even more special. The sea is very shallow between mainland and the island and for that reason there is no big ferries, only two small boat companies (10 and 20 people max). paid collab @visit_haapsalu | Last weekend I’ve spent in Haapsalu, Estonia and discovered new gems 🙏🏼. One of them is Osmussaar island. It’s such an amazing and remote place. Here are some interesting numbers: 450 sheep 47 highland cows 4 persons Btw sheep on the island have a special mission. They destroy juniper plants and make land more soft and nice. The land serves as a resting place to many bird species when they travel. This island is very unique, to get there is not so easy, but that makes it even more special. Been crying a lot about situation in Siberia. Over 3 million hectares of forest is in fire. It’s like size of Belgium. Animals die horribly and people can’t breath, because towns are in smoke. I’ve posted 2 petitions in my stories. I guess they meant for Russians only, but if you manage to sign them - cool. Petitions are about making situation an emergency, because at the moment it’s NOT in the emergency state and that’s why they don’t care to put much effort on fighting fire. P.s. photo has nothing to do with Siberia, it’s Switzerland. #спаситесибирь
