If you are trying to get a smaller waist it’s really important to understand you need to do strength/weight training for your WHOLE BODY! Also maintaining a healthy diet is a key!! DO NOT compare your body to someone else! We are all built differently. I’ll be doing a video on this soon. If you have any more questions on this comment below 💪🏽🤗
Who wants to go get Tacos with me 👀🙄
The goal is to be stronger than yesterday. Side note I love the back muscles I have coming in. Work your shoulders and back ladies for a hourglass figure!!! Don’t think it’s all lower body! Next month I’ll have Monday videos posted weekly 🤗❤️
Fun facts ! I’m 5’5 in real life but my hair gives me like 3 more inches lol. I weigh 140. I workout 5 times a week and do yoga almost everyday. Also my legs are my favorite part of my body cause they are strong AF and took me forever to embrace 🤗💪🏽 Any Questions

I wonder how I would’ve felt growing up if my white mother thought it was okay to say the “n” word because she was married to a black man with three children. I wonder how I would’ve felt if my white mother was insensitive to black culture and felt she could appropriate it. I’m glad I had a white mother who not only educated myself but herself on black culture and teaching me to love myself and always defend my brown sister&brothers. Growing up I dealt extreme self esteem issues. I hated my hair but I really hated my body. If you would’ve told me 10 years ago women would be getting surgery to make their bodies like mine I wouldn’t spit out my water. I would’ve looked at you like you’re crazy because I thought my black features weren’t beautiful. But in today’s society it is, just isn’t so much glorified when it’s actually on a black woman. Crazy huh I had someone tell me today “I have to shut the angry racial thing down.” Only when I was trying to educate them. I love when people who get to enjoy the perks of not being black but appropriate my culture get to tell me I’m “angry” for defending my culture. The world is beautiful because of its diversity. We should all embrace one another’s culture but first we should respect it and understand it. No one will ever silence my voice and I will continue to speak on this “racial thing” as it continues to affect my community. Sincerely, an Angry Black Woman. ✊🏽
