A lot of people ask me how I get up to work out every day. I honestly couldn't think of NOT doing this. I am a MUCH better person by taking this little time for me each day. I'm a better mom, wife, friend, sister, daughter...all of it.❤️
This isn't selfish. This is NECESSARY. I work out more for the mental benefits than the physical (although that's good too😉).
Do this for you. Do this because you GET to.
