@walmsleyruns set a new 50-mile world record during the @hokaoneone 100K on Saturday. Walmsley completed the first 50 miles of the race with a time of 4:50:07. That’s an average pace of 5:48 per mile.
He finished the last 12.1 miles and took fourth place with a time of 7:05:24.

@nikkihiltz won the USATF Road Mile Championships yesterday at the Grand Blue Mile with an official time of 4:29.7. This is Hiltz third win in the past 10 days.
