Just a week ago it was only cold enough for me to wear my ear muffs on the beach! Can’t wait for the next trip in a couple of months!!!
Well, shitty things happen people just trying to raise awareness and help everyone think about the security of their possessions and their home. Sometime between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning, my shed and work trailer were broken into. I live on a very busy street and thought it was unlikely that the trailer in the driveway would be touched as it is very visible and on a busy street as stated. My house backs onto a park and that's how they got the snowblower. I have been meaning to install security lighting (not that it matters) more of a deterrent than anything but hadn't got around to it. The possessions and tools are really meaningless to me, but the feeling that someone has been on my property without permission and broke into my stuff is gross. Just shouting out to all of my friends and family to take small practical precautions to keep their valuables and family safe. It's obvious that someone has been watching because all around my neighbourhood there are snowblowers and easier targets on peoples driveways. I can only hope they come back tonight, might be somewhat of a remake of the Home Alone movie, but those fuckers will get their bricks to the skull. Merry Christmas!
