session so happy I trained there today and ok it was a small gym but it did not get busy once so I could of focussed on every set and rep with out rushing or worrying about me loosing my bench or and did back and biceps used one different machine and I got PB on lat pull down plate loaded one and I got 105kg so next time going for 110 it maybe 115kg 😈 but I did try a few more machines but I felt good for a chance today and I went to the gym aswell.It’s been a bit of a struggle to get myself to the gym these past few weeks stuff has gone on in my life that I would never thought would happen and of course I would change it and fix it all but I can’t but the only thing I can do is try and move on the best I can and see if I can fix the things that have been broken 😔 but on the up side I got not just one but two PB today on dumbbell shoulder press 30kg for 5 and flat bench press 65kg for 10 so one happy C-Dog so I can now say I have completed it m8 😉😂 #bodypositive #doms
