As the (proud) owner of 34DD’s the whole sexy backless or bra free vibe has just always been something I accepted wasn’t going to be for me!! Until my stylist discovered perky pears!!! On Monday night at the tv choice awards I was finally able to do the suit jacket/nothing underneath but wicked cleavage thing and I LOVED it!!! Wednesday couldn’t come quick enough for me this week- I absolutely couldn’t wait to post this brave and beautiful girl as my #WCW... ✨

As a 31 year old woman you would think I might hesitate before admitting that I’m a @littlemix fan- but you’d be completely incorrect. I am a Little Mixer and proud. I can still remember when the girls won and became the first girl band to win the @thexfactor- @tulisasinstagram looked so proud- big moment for women in my opinion. I remember loving all the girls for their sass, insane talent and different styles- I didn’t for one single second see this gorgeous girl as ‘different’ to the others.
Hearing Jesy Discuss her experiences with trolls, online bullying and her rise to fame before the release of her documentary ‘Odd One Out’ absolutely broke my heart.
Social media could and SHOULD be a wonderful place where we support one another, share memories, build our careers and spread love and positivity- but instead some ignorant and bitter people are reducing it to a hateful space blurting out their negativity and vitriolic bile. I hope this doesn’t seem emotionally indulgent but I am so passionate about this, it’s very hard not to feel angry- when are people going to be aware of the gravity their words hold? When are they going to be mindful of the ramifications of their slander and hate? Enough is enough and I urge people to show compassion, kindness and love. There is enough we have to contend with in the world without this pathetic internet culture of hate.

I will be watching @bbcone Tomorrow night at 9pm to see this beautiful, funny and brave girl in her debut documentary ‘Odd One Out’ and I will continue to support her, all of little mix and all women in general for as long as I live, forever and ever.. Amen 😂😍

Getting sorted and settled in London has taken a lot longer than I expected but it was totally worth the wait... I am so happy where I am 🧡

I made a chicken and black bean stir fry and despite being simple it was honestly so delicious and exactly what i needed!! All the ingredients I used were from @musclefooduk and I was really pleasantly surprised when I was placing my order- I thought these guys just did great big hampers of meat but they’ve got all sorts!! Veg, protein bars, whey, gluten free alternatives, low sugar sauces for your stir fry’s and curries, protein bread and so many great low fat snacks!! Now I’ve got full on Cinderella syndrome and if I’m not tucked up into bed my 12 with a camomile tea and a (whole) piece of cheesecake I will suffer the emotional equivalent of an exploding pumpkin 😂😳 10 years ago this situation would have disgusted me- I would have laughed in your face if you’d try to tell me I’d be anything other than the last man standing. But now, quite frankly I like my bed, my fella, Doritos and dips, watching boxsets (I’ve simultaneously started the bodyguard and workin’ moms so I’ve got a lot on my plate right now) and I’m actually really ok with that... I’m rolling with the punches, accepting the stage I’m realising that I don’t think there’s anything more attractive than a person who just unapologetically embraces the chapter they’re in. Soooooo, baring that in mind, here goes... I’m Vicky Pattison, I’m 31- if I have more than 4 drinks I need 3 days to recover (seriously its like I’ve had minor surgery), my favourite item of clothing is my Harry Potter pj’s from @primark, I prefer mornings to nights (I just get more done), autumn is my fave season (controversial I know but I’m sick of sweating my tits off), I consider drinking wine in the bath and then eating cheese and watching telly with @ercan_ram a bloody good night and the feeling I had when I came home lastnight and took off the infrastructure of tit tape that was required to keep me in this suit it was the most satisfying feeling I’ve had in the last 10 years. *drops mic and heads off in search of cheesecake like a foraging raccoon*

Ps for reals though, huge THANKYOU to everyone who helped me get ready.. you guys really had your work cut out for you after what I put my body through this weekend and it in so appreciated 🖤
