keto porridge aka “spirulina marshmellow”

- 3 tbsp flax meal
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp shitake mushroom powder
- 1/2 tsp spirulina - 1/2 tsp chlorella
- 1 cup coconut water
heat in pot until marshmellow-y
top with coconut yoghurt, hazelnut butter, blueberries, walnuts, coconut flakes and hemp seeds.
