There is so much I want to say. But first I want to thank God. It’s been a trying 2 years and I endured. Without my faith, I wouldn’t have been able to be apart of the journey to a 4th star. There were so many moments I felt like I couldn’t endure anymore, but every single one of those times the Lord renewed my strength. 🙏🏼🙌🏼⭐️ To the medical professionals in Chicago (Julie O’Connell and Bria Wanzung) who led me in the right direction and got me back on track. I owe everything to you. The trophy is yours just as much as it is mine.
To Fabrice and my Family, woah. My backbone and my constant support. You believed in me when it felt like no one else did. You picked me up and let me know that you love me unconditionally regardless of my success or failure in soccer. ❤️ To my teammates and the Chicago Red Stars organization, thank you for making me feel at Home in Chicago. I am so grateful for the coaches and teammates who kept me loving the game and constantly there to pick me up. @uswnt @chicagoredstars
To all of our fans....you are called the best in the world for a reason. We felt the love all the way in France! It’s easy knowing we have an entire country rooting for us everywhere we go. 🇺🇸🏆 And to the doubters. Bye. ✌🏻 The next chapter begins. 💪🏼🏃🏼♀️
