As always, the front row at @VictoriaBeckham's Spring 2020 show was a full family affair. Tap the link in our bio to see every look from her latest collection. #regram @davidbeckham
@fkatwigs took her Magdalene showcase to @Afropunk a few weeks ago—the last iteration of the show that she will perform until she makes it “even more fabulous,” as she puts it, at the end of the year. Thankfully, she shared the entirety of her rehearsal process with Vogue, from driving to the venue in Brooklyn to practicing choreography in a studio. Tap the link in our bio to watch the full video.

In July, @extinctionrebellion petitioned the @britishfashioncouncil to shut down #LFW and plan a people’s assembly instead, so members of industry could gather to declare a climate emergency and figure out viable solutions. That didn’t happen and the shows are going on as planned. Now XR is organizing protests throughout the city. On the first day of LFW, protestors covered in fake blood staged a “die in” outside The Strand, symbolizing the lives already lost and that will be lost due to climate change, and on the last, they’ve planned a “funeral procession.” @immoklink is on the ground to document the events; tap the link in our bio to see more. Hello, #LFW! You can always count on Matty Bovan (@babbym) to be an upbeat and experimental opener to London Fashion Week. The show may have given us one of the season’s strangest beauty looks, too: warped, rectangular shields over a few models’ faces, distorting and magnifying the graphic eyeliner underneath. Mushrooms (especially the magic ones) are having a moment. This year so far, Denver became the first U.S. city to decriminalize psilocybin mushrooms, Johns Hopkins announced the founding of a Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research, and this past August, the annual @telluridemushroomfest completed it 39th iteration.
While mushroom enthusiasts gather regularly in various settings, Telluride was the first major place to offer an open forum for discussion about psychedelic mushrooms along with their more prosaic culinary and medicinal counterparts. “Up until very recently, it was just verboten to even speak about psychedelics at most wild mushroom events,” says the festival’s executive director Britt Bunyard. “Now, it’s almost becoming kind of mainstream, because so many mainstream people are talking about it.” Tap the link in our bio to see highlights from the festival. @riconasty's #NYFW was jam-packed. She made appearances at some of the week’s most exciting shows, including @badgalriri's @savagexfenty showcase and @pyermoss’s theatrical production at Flatbush’s Kings Theatre. She wasn’t just a spectator, though—at the very end of @Chromat’s 10-year anniversary show, Rico came out onto the runway decked out in one of the brand’s 3D-printed cherry red cage skirts and performed her song “Poppin” to much fanfare. “I love it here,” Erika Jayne (@theprettymess) said of #NYFW. “I thrive here.” The dance pop performer and star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills had an epic New York Fashion Week, attending some of the biggest shows and even walking the runway for her friend @kylerichards18’s new line @kyleandshahida. This is the second time in Kate and Laura Mulleavy's career that they have chosen to present @Rodarte as a solely visual campaign, forgoing a runway show entirely. "What is so brilliant to see in these pieces is the evolution of craft for the Mulleavys," writes Vogue's Sally Singer in her review of their Spring 2020 collection. "Through their work with actors and brides, and in film and opera, they have learned to execute impeccable fit and a cunningly light touch with construction that has been lost at more commercial or industrial houses. These clothes are meant to be worn, not simply photographed; they are not costumes. It is little wonder the world’s coolest actresses line up to wear them."
