Anyone who knows me, knows I am not a huge fan of ice cream. Yes, I do realize I am one of the few people who will not eat it. One of my clients told me about @halotopcreamery and how it is one of the healthiest ice cream brands on the market. The Green ball to the far left is 12 pounds but obviously would represent a higher body fat percentage.
The Blue ball to the far right Weighs exactly the same, 12 pounds, but would represent 12 pounds with a much smaller body fat percentage.
Focus on leaning out through your nutrition and stop monitoring your progress by weight loss if you don't even know what the weight you are losing is coming from muscle or fat.
