You can have anything in this life you want if you’re willing to grind your ass off, stay patient, and look adversity right in the eye. Several people ask how I stay so dedicated to my brand and my life. The answer is simple, I'm motivated by the fact that I'm not yet where I want to be in life. Have I reached a level of success? Sure, but that doesn't mean I intend on stopping anytime soon as my hunger outweighs the successes I have had until this point. Whatever you decide to do in life, give it everything you have! TAG SOMEONE WHO MOTIVATES YOU. Nothing can substitute for just plain hard work. I had to put in the time to get back to where I wanted to be. And it was a grind. It meant training and sweating every day. But I was completely committed to working out to prove to myself that I could do anything. - Almost 6 years ago I started my grind in the gym, and I haven't looked back since. I chose this lifestyle because I saw the potential, I had a vision of the life I wanted, and the body I wanted. I put in the countless hours, and I don't regret any decision I ever made. Yeah I lost friends, yeah I skipped parties, I skipped the clubs, I even skipped vacations to stay on track of my goals. - It all comes down to just how bad you want it. One thing I've noticed in life is too many of us are not living our dreams, because we are living in our fears. - I used to be afraid of everything. Afraid of the gym, of failure, of not being good enough. I would wake up everyday and feel like I was "stuck" in a damn box just waiting to bust out. Some of you may even feel "stuck" right now. TAG SOMEONE WHO MOTIVATES YOU. Never doubt the unexpected motivation that is around you daily. "Set your mind to it, and you CAN do it!" Thanks to this lady, she gave me that extra motivation I needed as I was messing around in the gym after a killer leg day testing my vert. - I'm not sure how high this is but aside from being quite a challenge my guess is about (5 ft/60 inches). I don't consider myself a bodybuilder, I consider myself an athlete. I ran track my freshman year in college and was 120 pounds. I played basketball here and there and I was always smaller than everyone. That was part of my motivation to get in the gym and put on some size. I've always loved testing my limits and my body, it's amazing what you can accomplish when you start something and never give up on yourself. - new YouTube coming out tomorrow to update all of you on the status of my injury!
