This tattoo is by far one of my most meaningful ones yet.
When I look at myself in the mirror, I see a warrior, a warrior that's been knocked down countless times but gets right back up as if nothing ever happened. My mistakes/challenges are lessons in my life. My failures in life are more like accomplishments. Like any other human, it's how we develop and become better people. There's a quote that has always stood out to me said by the one and only M.L.K - "The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy." - I've been through it all guys and at this point nothing will ever stop me from reaching my goals.
I’m sure many of you know that my life isn’t all bells and whistles. I still have tons of haters today but you know what, I’ve accepted that. Sometimes you just have to accept who you are as an individual and always seek to improve yourself.
If you're someone who's facing challenges right now I want you to stop what you're doing, take 3 deep breaths, and tell yourself that you're a warrior! A warrior that will never let anything stop you! JUST GET RIGHT BACK UP AND MOVE FORWARD!

WHATS PAIN? 💉💉💉
Pain is temporary, glory will last you forever. If you can take it, you can definitely make it. It may hurt when you're training in the gym, or when you're getting a tat, but the results of that pain are always gratifying and worth every second. Embrace that pain, learn from it, and use it to your advantage.
I'm a big fan of tattoos, I got my first tat when I was 19 years old and have been adding to my body ever since. Yesterday I got together with Tim here in Costa Mesa to get my head done. This took about 4 hours, and honestly was one of my least painful tattoos on my body. For now the tat remains a SECRET 😈 but stay tuned tomorrow for the full video on my YOUTUBE channel to see the finish product!

Every morning I ask myself this question when I wake up, "Am I where I want to be in life?" The answer is always no, then the next question I ask myself is this, "What's it going to take to get to where I want to be?" If you're not asking yourself these questions, odds are you're living a mediocre life. There are millions of guys with abs and millions of women with amazing bodies. How are you going to be different? The key to this lies in the examples you set for others, and how hard you're willing to work to achieve greatness. If you're like me, and want to get everything out of life, you have to follow a few steps
1. Fuck what people think, I read the dumbest shit on my Instagram daily. People are hilarious and will say ANYTHING to bring you down, so they can take a lap.
2. Focus on your own shit, don't worry about what other people are doing. They don't care about what you're doing, so there's no point to worry about them.
3. Believe you can accomplish anything, every battle you have in life starts between your ears in your own mind. If the belief isn't there, you're gonna fail before you even take that first step.
I will never stop moving forward, I will never be satisfied with where I'm at, and I will never dwell on the past, or waste a second thinking about the negativity that comes from the mouths of the weak. Those who run their mouths more than their bodies do not understand work ethic, and they don't understand sacrifice. If you are worried about other people, you should worry about why you are worried about other people. Focus on YOU, what YOU want, and the rest will take care of itself.

Let's talk about muscle mind connection. There's nothing like it. Activating your back is by far one of the toughest to train. This requires so much concentration and strict form. Naturally your biceps get involved a lot but it's up to you how much control you have throughout these movements to prevent that. I'm not in the gym to show people how strong I am, none of it is an ego thing. Efficiency is everything to me. Whether it's a back workout or any other training, I put so much focus into it that I literally go deaf and don't hear anything around me. I concentrate so much because working out is a passion at the end of the day for me. I enjoy the BURN🔥. I take my training serious and EVERY SINGLE REP counts.

The majority of the people don’t understand what it takes to get in prime shape. 6-7 days a week I train as hard as I can in the gym…I take every single rep I do serious. I sweat my ass off in every single session I have. Every meal is calculated no matter what is on it. At the end of the day, it’s a science. Every single person’s body is different and learning how to control your diet is probably one of the most important factors to getting shredded.

Today I want to talk about a couple things. Risk, Tunnel Vision, and Happiness.
RISK. Whether it’s a music star, fitness athlete, or an entrepreneur I can guarantee you that they’ve all taken a risk…putting themselves in a position that creates tons of pressure. That’s when you perform at your best! As for me, even if fail in anything I can assure you that there is no way it will overcome my desire for continuous success.
TUNNEL VISION. Keep your eye on the prize. If you don’t have a vision as to where you want to be in life, your stuck. Without a vision, without a plan, you go nowhere. I know exactly what I want and it’s nearly impossible to ever stop me. Ask yourself where you want to be in life, create a plan, and stick to your vision!
HAPPINESS. People are always going to tell you, don’t do this or don’t do that, but at the end of the day your happiness is what matters! Just remember that only you can choose to be happy. I’ve accepted who I am and what I’ve become and at this point it’s all about positive vibes and giving back to those that support me. Be happy.

What is motivation? How do we get it? And most importantly how do we remain motivated even through our hard times.
Many people think that I live an easy life but they dont see the hard work thats done behind the scenes. First off, my level of motivation cant be explained in words. My expectations are so high that many laugh when I speak of them. This is only the beginning of my life and I have much more to accomplish. Ive been able to figure out my passion and it’s quite obvious what that is, #FITNESS. I live for this sh*t. My passion is my motivation and to top it off, having the opportunity to share my knowledge to my clients is a privilege.
Today I want you guys to really ask yourself, what’s your purpose in this thing we call life? Why are you living today? What are you going to do to take your life to the next level? Even today, Tuesday, I want you all to take advantage of this day and just give it all you got. Whether you’re at work or in the gym, PUT IN THAT WORK CAUSE I KNOW I AM!!!
