This is KangHee Kim (@tinycactus), a photographer from South Korea. This week, I will be sharing photos from my series called “Street Errands.” “Street Errands” is a series of collaged photographs that are a mixture of New York and a few places where I have travelled within the United States. They are a construction of my own form of surreal escapism, made by manipulating images that are produced from those mundane encounters.
Since I cannot travel abroad due to the restrictions of my visa status, I create new spaces in original photographs that lead to new surrealistic and fictional imagery.
