I was only able to work out 3 times since last Tuesday due to being a sick, traveling and the holidays so i can’t be too mad the way things turned out. Another challenge lies ahead of me this week as I’m heading now to Miami. Something tells it won’t be till after the new year when I can get back into a routine before I start seeing some real change #transformationtuesday

I was gonna try and get an extra work out in this morning before I took this but I’m on 4 hr of sleep so I’ll work out again tonight. Overall I don’t see much change, which was expected. I mean it’s only been a week but I did work out everyday with the exclusion of Sunday and even twice on Saturday. However, I do believe if I would have maintained a better diet I would have seen results. Diet is really the only thing preventing from achieving me goals. I will work on becoming mentally stronger and overcome what’s arguably my biggest life obstacle right now. #transformationtuesday

I’m gonna be posting one of these every Tuesday for no other reason than to hold myself accountable for the goals I have to hit.
