Progress is progress. My gym doesnāt go heavier than 125s. I shouldnāt be going heavier until I can hit 10 easy anyways šŖš¼

Letās talk about back! With back being one of the biggest muscle groups you can train itās very important that you incorporate a variety of movements to be sure that you hit all of them. I personally have 2 back days. Both of them have some sort of rows and pull downs. Typically I only do deadlifts for 1 of the 2 but sometimes, if Iām feeling froggy š Iāll go ahead and do them 2 times. 1 day is heavy weight with 4 sets 6-8 reps per set and the other is volume, 12-15 reps along with supersets 4-5 sets.

Havenāt attempted anything over 315 since before My last prep. I was feeling good this morning so I said screw it throw on another plate letās see how it goes. 405x3 Iāll take it.
