Do you set intentions or mottos for your day? My main intention for today is "eat clean, well, simple, nourishing" and "spend time in nature". My fibromyalgia has flared recently and it's a reminder to look at the basics again of how I'm eating and moving. Hope you are having a happy and wonderful week πŸ’•

Essential oils .. I love using essential oils both for their medicinal & fragrance properties. After changing my diet for in part health reasons, I also looked to cutting out chemicals that I was exposing myself to by means of household & beauty products including perfume. Essential oils are derived from plants and they can be easily incorporated into your daily routines. Some of my personal favorites are frankincense, rose, lime, orange, roman chamomile & lavender. Would love to hear what your favourites are?

Here is a list of what you can use specific essential oils for .. ⭐ Anxiety | Relaxation - Chamomile, Lavender, Rose, Ylang Ylang ⭐ Sleep - Lavender, Chamomile ⭐ Memory - Rosemary ⭐ Depression | Neurological - Frankincense ⭐ Anti-bacterial - Tea tree, Euycuptptus ⭐ Perfume Alternative - Rose

P.s. Essential oils are only for external use. Only a few are safe to be used directly on the skin, otherwise use with a carrier oil such as Jojoba, Almond or Coconut oil or use in a diffuser. If you're making your own household cleaning or beauty products you can add drops of essential oil too them πŸ’—
