Parenting and guilt come hand in hand, youāll always feel like youāre failing at being the best for your child but the fact of the matter is youāre human, you have a life outside of parenthood and that includes stress, shitty situations and taking yourself too seriously because thatās what you do as a grown up. Although parenting feels like taking shots in the dark and hoping for the best lol, Iām choosing to be happier for this girl right here, she always brings me back to whatās important, whatās real and what truly matters. I had the amazing opportunity to model for @skims by my lovely @kimkardashian This is a new line of shape wear that made me feel feminine sexy and basically just naked. Never did I imagine I would be the girl on the right.
The first 5 years of my journey were self taught. I learned how to wake my ass up at 5am every day without a second thought.
I learned how to prep my food and avoid anything else at all costs.
I learned that I had to sacrifice for the time being to get what I wanted.
I learned to push out 3 more when I thought I was done.
I read, I watched, I listened to every detail my body had to offer because nobody can tell you more about yourself than you, but you have to listen.

This is what happens when you hire your 8 year old š¤¦š½āāļø! I get this question all the time what do you eat when you want something sweet and donāt want to feel like you lost everything you worked for in a cookie craze or ice cream blackout! Iāve been making this yogurt bowl since I started my fitness journey and still making it till this day, it never fails to guiltlessly kill the sweet tooth. Made with berries, plain greek yogurt, granola (donāt OD on the granola lol) peanut butter, honey and cinnamon..literally takes less than 5 minutes to make. The best part is that itās naturally sweetened (no refined sugar), you donāt even need the honey honestly. And itās made with only 5-6 ingredients so it isnāt going to break the bank. I had to train 6 days a week and have a specific split
I hated cardio because it was always about losing weight
I had to be perfect with food and on my macros, not 1 gram off
I had to make sure I recorded all of my workouts and post them

I donāt know how much I weigh and I donāt care
Iāve come to like cardio because it makes me feel good mentally
I no longer do cardio to lose weight
Iām learning to let go of what people think or feel about me and remember WHO THE FUCK I AM! IM A FUCKING BOSS EVEN BEFORE 900k FOLLOWERS! (I love and appreciate you all tho š¬)
I go into the gym and train whatever body part I fucking feel like
I canāt follow macros for the life of me anymore but eating good healthy food makes me feel bomb af!
I look at my phone 1/2 of the time I used to, donāt post all of my workouts and am starting to finally LIVE!!!

Your outside is a reflection of your inside. I havenāt trained properly in about 6-8 weeks, my food has been all over the place, I havenāt really slept in months. Although I donāt look it on the outside I havenāt been doing my best and so I feel I donāt look my best. I guess what Iām trying to say is if your mind isnāt right it doesnāt matter what you look like. Every good decision for yourself is itās own reward with or without abs. Donāt forget the things you do that make you feel good! And remember that shitty choices are easy and addictive, good choices are hard and disciplined!
